Combi Wave 3 in 1

I just got a Breville Combi Wave, a microwave with convection oven and air fryer. Our microwave had crapped out, so I thought if I could replace it with something that did more than one job, it was a win/win. I haven't had it long enough to test everything, but so far, it actually does work in all three ways. One con is that Breville is $$$$, but I got it on points. Another possible con is that it doesn't seem to work as fast as a typical stand-alone air fryer. I toasts bread well on air fryer setting but is slow.

I have the breville one I got for a really good deal on a black friday. I do really like it but i’ve also considered getting just an air fryer as I think it may be easier to clean than the metal grated rack ?

Breville makes a combo microwave/air fryer. It is pricey but worth it.

i have the breville combo and a dedicated air fryer and the latter is so much better at airfrying stuff like chicken thighs. i find that putting foil on the basket or pan of the breville impedes the airflow that makes the air fried food more crispy and browned. but i have not tried parchment paper

I had a Cuisinart and I just replaced it with a Breville. I had trouble with the Cuisinart's control dials.
