I got the black Chefman oven style one for like $80 on Amazon and that’s exactly about how long the last one lasted of 2-3 times a use a day.. it does 85% of my cooking.. I get about 3.5 years it would seem. I always save the extra trays and never use them til the others are so full I just toss them and have the fresh grate and pan.
We purchased one of these recently and have been happy so far. Haven't done a ton of air frying but for toasting, reheating, roasting smaller things it's worked well. Did just try to do wings with the air fryer function, but they didn't come out very crispy. Would love to hear some tips or tricks to get wings crispy with this unit. I had done some research and it may be a matter of having to let them dry out in the fridge overnight, even though I did dry them as well as I possibly could and even applied some cornstarch. On a side note, we have air fried bacon in it and have LOVED that.
