Super annoyed with the new design that's an insert and not a basket like it used to be.
It's not a dealbreaker for me but it is exceedingly dumb that it now has a warning on it to be careful of the plate falling out. That's not a warning, that's a design flaw. The real problem I have with it is when you dump out the contents, the oil or breading that has fallen into the bottom comes out with everything else.
I can't remember what the first one was. Something I found cheap or something. The next one was a 4qt Cosari - loved. Then they did the recall and replaced it with 5.8qt. Loved it more. Just recently upgraded to a Nuwave Brio 7qt. We live the size and how uts easier to clean than the Cosari (although the newer model cosari ceramic units would be equally as easy). But, beyond that we don't live it more than the Cosari. I'd recommend either with the understanding that presets aren't great on either, but I found the presets easier to use (and adjust) on the Cosari. The Nuwave has more presets but the process to access them and limits in adjusting them make me rate the Nuwave lower on that category.
For easy cleaning and solo living, just get the **Ninja AF101**. 4 quarts, basket pops out and goes right in the dishwasher. No scrubbing. The **COSORI Lite 4qt** is also easy to clean but the Ninja has a better non-stick coating that actually lasts. Skip the cheap no-name ones – they claim to be non-stick but stuff sticks after a month. Here's [a good air fryer list](https://medium.com/illumination/best-air-fryers-under-100-2026-e9f860eb83b3) if you want to compare.
It’s great! I have the white one. I also bought mine after reading all the praises it received. I was skeptical at first, but now that I have it and been using it for about 2 months now, it truly is my new favorite appliance! 😊
We have two. One is a basket style, which we had back when we lived in a condo in downtown. The other is an oven style (11 in 1), which we got as a house warming gift. They’re both corsori, but our basket one is smaller. We’ll maybe use both at the same time if we have people over and want to maximize cooking time. Otherwise it really depends on what we’re cooking. For the most part, the basket one is better at being an airfryer. It’s so much easier to clean, and better for fries IMO. However our 11 in 1 has a rotisserie feature, and when we throw the fries in the basket that spins, we get a very even cook. The annoying part is it’s difficult to clean. I’d say if you are limited by counter space, the multi purpose air fryers may be worth it (versus having a toaster, toaster oven, rotisserie … etc.) However I wouldn’t spend an excessive amount of money on these.
I have a single basket Cosori and have been happy with it. As mentioned, making toast in it leaves you with crispy toast. I have a $12 toaster for toast. I also have an older toaster oven that’s been sitting in my cabinet for 4 years, since I got the air fryer. I haven’t found a need for it that the air fryer couldn’t handle.
I have a Cosori basket. It’s the only air fryer I have ever owned and I am extremely happy with it. I have a toaster oven somewhere, haven’t seen it since the air fryer arrived. I do have a toaster, it’s the best way to make toast.
