"I didnt like having to clean the cosori basket in between all those curved gates grease would get stuck there all the time"
I'm really disappointed they stopped making new models with this basket design. Not looking forward to the day my Corsori dies.
r/airfryer • The Cosori removable basket design is superior to Ninja ->I didnt like having to clean the cosori basket in between all those curved gates grease would get stuck there all the time
r/airfryer • The Cosori removable basket design is superior to Ninja ->I finally got one and I got the Corsori 5.8 qt. And I love it. I just wish it had the dehydrate option .
r/Cooking • What digital air fryer/toaster oven do you love or now that you’ve had it what features do you wish it had? ->Right! I just don’t like how loud it is. Is yours loud ?
r/Cooking • What digital air fryer/toaster oven do you love or now that you’ve had it what features do you wish it had? ->There are two of us, we started with a 4qt, as we got to using it more and more we were quite happy when the Cosari recall upgraded us to a 5.8qt.my partner has been wanting a second one for a while to make it easier to cook two different things at once, but our kitchen wiring currently wouldn't support a second one.
r/airfryer • What's the best size air fryer for two people ->I really love my trusty Cosori 5.8, which is 17th on this list... ... now I want to know what I am missing...
r/airfryer • I analyzed the 25 most recommended air fryer on Reddit ->Wow! This is a great response to the FOMO crowd, and to my comment. I love my Cosori, and I already have a 2nd basket thanks to the old recall that netted me a replacement for a year-old machine that never had any problems. I suspect most people love whatever appliance they purchased if it just works, which skews these sort of popularity contests.
r/airfryer • I analyzed the 25 most recommended air fryer on Reddit ->Yeah, had my first one a year before they sent me a new one due to the recall: Now I have two baskets!
r/airfryer • I analyzed the 25 most recommended air fryer on Reddit ->I really dig my Cosori, 5.8qt.
r/Cooking • What air fryer do you recommend under 150$? ->I have a cosori and it is 5.8 quart. It will cook for 2.5 but one dish at a time. I do cook both the meat and veggetables at the same time but it is just me. I would suggest getting the toaster oven style air fryer if you want to cook for that many and a couple of dishes at the same time.
r/airfryer • Air fryer recommendation for a family of 2.5 members ->is this just for you? IMO, the only real feature you need is time and temperature. You just need to make sure it is big enough for how ever many you are cooking for. In addition, your food will cook better if it was big enough to place everything in a layer or two and no more for even cooking. I have a cosori 5.8 which is just right for one person.
r/airfryer • Feature recommendations? ->I was happy with my 7-quart model, my first air fryer, but ended up getting rid of it because it was just too big for me and took up a lot of counter space. I ended up with a significantly smaller 5.8qt Cosari that I'm very happy with.
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->Sounds like a crappy brand combined with a gimmicky all-in-one approach. Switch over to a Cosori 5.8QT air fryer. It’s under $100 and when I had an issue with the first one I bought they sent me an Amazon gift card for the price I originally paid so I could order a new one instead of having to wait though a return. I ditched my toaster oven after about a month of owning it initially and got a counter top toaster that I keep in the cabinet just to make toast. The Cosori does everything else the toaster oven used to. Edit: I forgot to mention that the unit barely gets warm on the outside even with extended use and it’s so quiet I have to look at it to tell that it’s on when I’m more than 6ft away from it. The only gripe I have is that the beeping sound when you push the buttons is louder than it needs to be.
r/Cooking • Our Place Wonder Oven time dial no longer catching ->I have owned two Cosori air fryers (one 13 & 1 air fryer toaster oven & one 5.8 quart) for 6 years & they are still going strong 6 years after the fact My husband recently purchased the KitchenAid Dual Fan air fryer toaster ovens at a steep discount ($99 - versus $289 regular price) It's a beautiful machine, but I'm 100% sure that it will not last as long as my Cosori air fryer ovens ($80-$169 depending on the model)
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->I've made 35 pieces in a 5.8 quart Cosori before. It just takes longer and you need to toss them several times. Just keep cooking until they look like what you want.
r/airfryer • I’ve wanted an air fryer for awhile. Currently at Walmart in the air fryer aisle. Am I in the right store? ->same, that’s what i have. other than the recall due to some setting on fire (they sent me a new one free of cost) it’s fantastic, i use it at least 1-2 times a day. going on year 3
r/airfryer • I analyzed the 25 most recommended air fryer on Reddit ->I was eyeballing that Ninja dual basket on because it has the removable center divider to allow it to be a large single as well. It has some sync functions to put two different recipes in and it will delay the start of the faster dish. That said, I ended up with the Corsori 5.8 qt single as I didn't think I'd be getting that "fancy".
r/airfryer • Are dual basket air fryers worthwhile? ->Ninja, Cosori, Breville, Instant Pot, Cuisinart, Emeril Lagasse, Philips, and Power AirFryer. They ultimately chose the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer for its premium stainless steel design and high-end look. The Ninja DualZone for multi-cooking features and the Cosori Pro for affordability and performance.
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->I have found the COSORI branded air fryers from Amazon very accessible. Make sure you get one that says smart with Alexa integration. I can start the air fryer set a temperature etc. using my Alexa devices. The iPhone app is also accessible. No regrets.
r/Blind • Accessible Air Fryer Recommendations ->It's the one I have but it's the second one I bought. I originally bought the cosori wifi enabled and returned it. The alarm/beeper/buzzer was ungodly loud and had no volume control. I like the one I have. Works well, I use it quite a bit.
r/Appliances • I analyzed the 25 most recommended air fryers on reddit ->We had a Cuisinart 7 in 1 toaster oven and I really liked it. My wife likes to have the counter clear of anything that doesn't give a curated look so we got rid of it after 7-8 years. It did a good job of air frying and toasting. After I retired, we updated several things in the kitchen including getting a basket air fryer (Cosori). It does a much better job of frying frozen foods and toasting Uncrustables. The tots and fries are really good and crispy. We also got a $20 toaster off Amazon for just doing bread/bagels/English muffins. The air fryer and toaster get put away when not being used which we couldn't do with the toaster oven. I still need to pick up a silicone liner for the air fryer but got a ton of paper liners to go thru before then. The Cuisinart was about $120 US (think we got it on sale for about $100. The air fryer is $90 right now. I like the Cosori better than the Cuisinart. It is easier to clean. The glass on the toaster oven ended up with a lot of baked on grease staining it. I scrubbed very hard and only got a little off before we sold it. Buyer was replacing same model that they used until it died and loved theirs.
r/airfryer • Air fryer toaster oven recommendations! ->My air frier is basically my most used appliance. So much so that I'm shopping for a second one, because my biggest frustration is that I can only do one thing at a time. I really like my basket style Corsori. If I could go back though, I might get a dual drawer version. Now, I'm thinking about adding a toaster oven air fryer hybrid, so that I could use it for different things. Things I use it for the most: * Roasting Veggies (especially carrots and asparagus. It's so easy, and they're the best you'll ever have.) * Frozen foods (I no longer use the microwave because I can really fine tune it in the air fryer and it just tastes better.) * Chicken (makes the easiest and best drumsticks I've ever made, just throw together a really simple marinade and you're good.) * Bacon (easy to clean up afterward, bacon comes out perfect.) * French Fries (Just put them in some avocado oil, put some salt on them right when they're done, and you'll have some of the best fries ever.) * Baked Potatoes (It's just so easy.)
r/Cooking • Air Fryer Advice ->I have both, Ninja oven style, Cosori basket style. I quit using the oven style 6 months ago. Oven style: Basically a small oven. Only thing it does better is larger pizza, more cookies. It heats from top and bottom, so no flipping. Has window so you can watch stuff burn. More "stuff" gets spattered on all 6 sides, including more fragile heating elements ("stuff" hard to or won't clean off). Can get hot on top. No non-stick. Basket style: Better/stronger circulation. Food cooks faster & gets crisper. It's MUCH easier to clean non stick surfaces (1 minute after each use). Fan is quieter (at least on my Cosori Turbo). A cheap toaster is a must. My Cosori was half the price of the Ninja, does a much better job, and takes up less countertop space.
r/airfryer • Basket or Oven Air Fryer? ->We have a Cuisinart TOA-70 toaster oven that's also a convection oven a.k.a. air fryer and while it is terrific for pizza's and lots of other items, it pales in comparison to our Cosori basket-style air fryer. Truly, there's a dramatic difference in the crisping and overall texture of foods prepped in the Cosori vs. Cuisinart.
