I can guess this one is the Our Place air fryer based on the verbiage 😂 Might be wrong, but I have researched too many air fryers. The one we have is Cuisinart and when I emailed them to ask about PFAs, they said it didn’t have PFAs and we’ve used it for 2 years, only to find out recently that it DOES. So frustrating. Air fryers are amazing, I’m planning to save for the Green Pan one soon. One thing to consider when it says PTFE… that’s only one PFAs. There are over 15,000. I would ask the company if it’s PFAs free. I recently saw a ceramic pan that was advertised as PFOA and PFOS free but it was actually made with PTFE. So they swap one PFAs for another…
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Air fryer… yay or nay? ->It’s the toaster oven air fryer. I emailed them when I bought it and they said it didn’t have PFAs, but recently discovered it does. I have Model CTOA-122 and it lists PTFE among others :( https://www.cuisinart.com/chemical-disclosure?srsltid=AfmBOoqIFuZcYuoBUCOfwkkQz0nK2Q23j1NXwaWCJFoF1kN_W0ewthU3
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Air fryer… yay or nay? ->I have this [Cuisinart combo mini oven / air fryer](https://www.kitchenwarehouse.com.au/product/cuisinart-express-convection-oven-air-fryer-17l). Not as cheap as the ones you’d listed in your post. But hasn’t skipped a beat since I’ve purchased it. Two of the trays can go in the dishwasher, and the inside is easy to wipe down after use. I had an issue with a different Cuisinart appliance afew years ago, and returning and exchanging it for a new replacement was a very easy process (it was after 30 days but within the manufacturers warranty period).
r/AussieFrugal • Airfryer oven/ toaster oven single person ->I do have 3 teenagers. It’s my wife and three teenage kids, so we need to make pretty big meals these days. I know this post is 7 months old, but I hope you went with a bigger air fryer. Our first air fryer was a 10 quart model. We thought about getting a second one, but my brother in law is an electrician, and he said they draw too much power to be on the same outlet, so we just ended up getting a much larger model. We landed on a Cuisineart model that’s 18 quarts by narrowing down all the size options using this handy [product database](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y4PR6GCz-Lk5mWX1LUzo-3kChRBv302vSv5HZFB5K1c/edit?gid=1554522955#gid=1554522955) that someone on Reddit put together. The nice thing is that it can toast six bagel halves simultaneously, so I was able to get rid of my toaster altogether too.
r/airfryer • Best air fryer for a family of 6? ->Same for us. Very happy with it, but I will say it doesn’t get battered food quite as crispy as some air friers. 2-3x better than a normal oven but a step behind what you see in air fryer videos.
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->Negative. Going to a Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer Not as good at air frying but still really good from what I've read That's good enough for me to have non stick
r/airfryer • Where the hell can one acquire a good stainless steel interior air fryer??? ->We have the same brand and have shared this experience. Well made and it is actually a pretty good toaster too.
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->Agree with this brand. Had a Cuisinart for years from Costco and the dials never worked correctly. Switched a year ago to Breville and it's been great. We toast bread almost daily, my husband proofs his bread with it, kids can use it easily for snack foods, and it great for side veggies with dinner. We are a family of 5, so needed larger size and multifunction.
r/Frugal • Looking for recommendations - toaster oven air fryer combo ->We’ve had a cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven combo for a couple years and it’s been great. We’re a large family and it gets used several times a day. It’s a workhorse type appliance and I like that the rack that the food actually touches is stainless steel. If it ever breaks I’ll get the same one to replace it. I’m not sure it’s true bifl just because of the way small appliances are made now but it should hold up to a decade or two of heavy use pretty easily.
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->I prefer a toaster oven/air fryer combo. Many have a nonstick lining on the machine itself, but the tray that touches your food is usually stainless steel. Plus my kitchen isn't big enough for too many single-use appliances. I adored my Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer but it only lasted about 4 years. I've switched to the breville which is more expensive but seems to be holding up better.
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Am I weird for worrying about plastic in air fryer? ->I like my Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer. I’ve had it at least 4 years of daily use and zero complaints.
r/airfryer • looking for air fryer recommendations ->I have a Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer. I love it but didn't want a dedicated air fryer. I saw one similar to the one (mine is a few years old) I have around Christmas, not sure if it always there.
r/Costco • Air fryer recommendations ->Second this. Our previous one lasted about 5 or 6 years before it just died. Replaced with the same about a year ago but the construction is a little cheaper. On the newer models they used thinner stainless steel and you can hear the metal flex when it heats up or cools down. The older model didnt. Still a great device and much prefer its analog controls to digital ones.
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->I mean I doing disagree that air fryers are simple but I also hate the idea of buying a plastic air fryer that’s supposed to withstand 450F degrees of heat. I know cuisinart makes metal ones that don’t break the bank
r/BuyItForLife • The Best Air Fryer to Buy Now? ->Dunno about this one but the Costco cuisinart version is freaking awesome. Looks similar actually. I make a lot of lechon and wings on it
r/Costco • How is chefman 12 in 1 air fryer? ->I have a different but similar Cuisinart air fryer/oven, and I love it. I think I use it more than the microwave most days. My only gripe with it is that the knob on my model (it only has one) is wonky, and sometimes you turn it up and the numbers go down, or vice versa. It needs to be turned with just the right amount of pressure to get the knob to work right. Also, I cook 90% of food at 375 degrees regardless of the package directions. If I go higher than that, stuff starts to burn or not cook evenly.
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Does anyone have the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven (TOA-70NAS)? ->I purchased a multi purpose oven - a big bitter than what folks in the US call a toaster oven. It air fries, bakes, grills, toasts… mine is a Cuisinart model and I absolutely love it. Use it every day. I particularly love the fact that I’m not putting my food in contact with plastic at high temps.
r/PlantBasedDiet • Airfryer choice: single basket or dual? ->Here's a great tip. All cuisineart products are Teflon free. Their air fryer combo oven is an godsend and I cannot recommend it enough.
r/parrots • are ninja air fryers safe? ->This is what I have too! It's fantastic! It's about the only way I make tofu now because it's so fast. Yes, the basket is stainless steel. It can even proof bread dough. It's used multiple times a day!
