Cuisinart makes a stainless steel air fryer with convection and toaster oven combo. I won’t use anything else! It’s great.
I have a different but similar Cuisinart air fryer/oven, and I love it. I think I use it more than the microwave most days. My only gripe with it is that the knob on my model (it only has one) is wonky, and sometimes you turn it up and the numbers go down, or vice versa. It needs to be turned with just the right amount of pressure to get the knob to work right. Also, I cook 90% of food at 375 degrees regardless of the package directions. If I go higher than that, stuff starts to burn or not cook evenly.
Here's a great tip. All cuisineart products are Teflon free. Their air fryer combo oven is an godsend and I cannot recommend it enough.
I have an air fryer and an air fryer toaster oven (cuisinart). The air fryer works MUCH better. It cooks faster and gets things much crispier. The toaster oven version works good as an oven replacement, but it is not as good of an air fryer. It is good for frozen pizzas or reheating leftovers though (pizza won’t fit in the air fryer, and some things you want more of a gentle reheat than a crispy cook). I think the toaster oven ones just tend to have less powerful fans and more area to move air about so they don’t convect the air as well as the basket units.
I am single with a kid and the Cuisinart one the is more like a toaster over/air fryer combo is really now my go to! I air fry chicken breast /veggies etc along with toast- it’s my go to- I hardly use my oven any more since it’s takes so much longer to preheat etc ( also makes house hot in the summer)
We use the cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven. It lives on our counter and we use it daily for all sorts of things, toast, leftover pizza, potatoes, veggies… I think they’re around $150. When it comes to pans we use carbon steel most frequently. I like that it’s not as heavy as cast iron. You can get decent ones at IKEA
I've had a Cuisinart air fryer / toaster oven for 3 years now and its great. Analog controls and stainless steel racks / basket are pretty bifl. U do most of my cooking in there, does roasted vegetables and chicken pretty well
Cuisinart air fryer/ toaster/ oven. Use it daily. 16" wide 12"deep. Fast, awesome, assume you have a stove top to cook and boil water.
