"I’ve had it at least 4 years of daily use and zero complaints."
"We’ve had our cuisinart air fryer toaster oven for 8 years ... used it as our primary oven for 2, and still love it. ... We’ve bought three more as gifts all of which are still going strong."
"We’ve had a cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven combo for a couple years and it’s been great. ... We’re a large family and it gets used several times a day. ... It’s a workhorse type appliance ... it should hold up to a decade or two of heavy use pretty easily. ... If it ever breaks I’ll get the same one to replace it."

"We moved in October of last year & have never used our oven - we use the air fryer for everything"
"It's AMAZING as a single person who just wants to cook one (1) potato or one (1) serving of mac & cheese without having to heat an entire oven. ... You can use baking dishes & silicone trays in it, which is what I do 95% of the time."
"The nice thing is that it can toast six bagel halves simultaneously, so I was able to get rid of my toaster altogether too."

"it doesn get battered food quite as crispy as some air friers. 2-3x better than a normal oven but a step behind what you see in air fryer videos."
"I make a lot of ... wings on it"
"It is good for frozen pizzas"

"I particularly love the fact that I’m not putting my food in contact with plastic at high temps."
"Yes, the basket is stainless steel."
"I like that the rack that the food actually touches is stainless steel."

"If I go higher than that, stuff starts to burn or not cook evenly."
"takes longer to cook"
"The toaster oven version works good as an oven replacement, but it is not as good of an air fryer. ... I think the toaster oven ones just tend to have less powerful fans and more area to move air about so they don’t convect the air as well as the basket units."

"I am on my 2nd one as the 1st one failed and was warrantied by Cuisinart. ... Now this one is starting to fail again in the same manner (the rotary control knob jumps around randomly and doesn't increment up or down cleanly) ... After watching a video by [Technology Connections](https://youtu.be/6h9JhW-m35o?si=I_99KK_tbr30_yc) the control board being above the oven is a big achilles heel of these machines. Over time the heat will degrade the operation of things until it becomes inoperable. ... yeah mine started to fail after 2-3 years of use."
"My cuisinart digital air fryer died twice because the knob kept going crazy after 9 months."
"What ’s bad is that the Cuisinart digital air fryer will break after 9 months with the dial so long term durability isn’t a factor in this review. ... I warrantied mine 2 times already and they said that was the last time."

"Replaced with the same about a year ago but the construction is a little cheaper. ... On the newer models they used thinner stainless steel and you can hear the metal flex when it heats up or cools down. ... The older model didnt."
I’ve tried a few air fryer-toaster oven combos, and my top picks are the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and the Cuisinart TOA-65. Breville is perfect if you want premium quality and versatility, with functions for air frying, baking, roasting, and more, though it’s pricey. Cuisinart is more affordable, reliable, and straightforward, covering all the essentials without overcomplicating things.
r/airfryer • Recommendation for the Best Air Fryers with a Toaster Oven? ->I really wish some company would make a simple air fryer with all stainless steel or enamel coated like a real oven. Also reducing the number of settings would be nice to simplify things. I want it to last 10 years+ not 1-3 years like they currently do. Make it fit a standard 9x13” pan for the oven styles. Somehow Breville breaks, Cuisinart, Oster, Hamilton beach, etc. I’ll spend $400 if it’s like Vitamix and last a while, but all of the brands die so easily so it’s hard to judge. My cuisinart digital air fryer died twice because the knob kept going crazy after 9 months. So now I’m on the new version and it hasn’t happened for me yet after 5-6 months, but I bought a new Instant Pot basket style but still Teflon (rated the best from Americas Test Kitchen).
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->What’s bad is that the Cuisinart digital air fryer will break after 9 months with the dial so long term durability isn’t a factor in this review. I warrantied mine 2 times already and they said that was the last time.
r/BuyItForLife • RTINGS Tested 20 Toaster Ovens Against A Full-Size Oven And Found They Deliver Faster, More Efficient Cooking For Daily Use ->Cuisinart sucks just fyi, especially the digital air fryer ones. Ninja is good just they don’t seem to have a good size. The tilt one doesn’t have enough clearance to see or even put things like 1-1/2” steaks and the non-flip one is giant.
r/BuyItForLife • The Best Air Fryers on the Market to Buy Now? ->Cuisinart has options in several price ranges. Their lower-priced ones aren't anything special, but the top of their line (around $300) is good. I have one from a few years ago (they don't make the specific model anymore, but a quick search shows that the current $300-320 model is about the same) and use it a LOT. The convection is quiet but efficient, and it will fit a frozen pizza. Downside: doesn't actually toast bread very quickly, but that's true of any of the larger ovens. I have a cheapo regular toaster for that (also have a small 'pod' air fryer that I got for free which I use for smaller jobs).
r/Frugal • Looking for recommendations - toaster oven air fryer combo ->I do have 3 teenagers. It’s my wife and three teenage kids, so we need to make pretty big meals these days. I know this post is 7 months old, but I hope you went with a bigger air fryer. Our first air fryer was a 10 quart model. We thought about getting a second one, but my brother in law is an electrician, and he said they draw too much power to be on the same outlet, so we just ended up getting a much larger model. We landed on a Cuisineart model that’s 18 quarts by narrowing down all the size options using this handy [product database](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y4PR6GCz-Lk5mWX1LUzo-3kChRBv302vSv5HZFB5K1c/edit?gid=1554522955#gid=1554522955) that someone on Reddit put together. The nice thing is that it can toast six bagel halves simultaneously, so I was able to get rid of my toaster altogether too.
r/airfryer • Best air fryer for a family of 6? ->I have a different but similar Cuisinart air fryer/oven, and I love it. I think I use it more than the microwave most days. My only gripe with it is that the knob on my model (it only has one) is wonky, and sometimes you turn it up and the numbers go down, or vice versa. It needs to be turned with just the right amount of pressure to get the knob to work right. Also, I cook 90% of food at 375 degrees regardless of the package directions. If I go higher than that, stuff starts to burn or not cook evenly.
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Does anyone have the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven (TOA-70NAS)? ->I have only had it for a year so I cant say much about the longevity, but I have the stainless steel cusineart 1800w air fryer from Target. At the time it was on sale $99, a lot cheaper than similar ones from other brands. Seems like a decent device to me.
r/BuyItForLife • Air Fryer Recommendation Needed ->I love my cuisinart TOA for everything your looking for
r/airfryer • Air fryer toaster oven recommendations! ->Agree with this brand. Had a Cuisinart for years from Costco and the dials never worked correctly. Switched a year ago to Breville and it's been great. We toast bread almost daily, my husband proofs his bread with it, kids can use it easily for snack foods, and it great for side veggies with dinner. We are a family of 5, so needed larger size and multifunction.
r/Frugal • Looking for recommendations - toaster oven air fryer combo ->We’ve had a cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven combo for a couple years and it’s been great. We’re a large family and it gets used several times a day. It’s a workhorse type appliance and I like that the rack that the food actually touches is stainless steel. If it ever breaks I’ll get the same one to replace it. I’m not sure it’s true bifl just because of the way small appliances are made now but it should hold up to a decade or two of heavy use pretty easily.
r/BuyItForLife • Best Air Fryers to Buy? ->I prefer a toaster oven/air fryer combo. Many have a nonstick lining on the machine itself, but the tray that touches your food is usually stainless steel. Plus my kitchen isn't big enough for too many single-use appliances. I adored my Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer but it only lasted about 4 years. I've switched to the breville which is more expensive but seems to be holding up better.
