"I use it a ton for roasting peppers along with daily for everything else."
"We use it for chicken wings, steaks, reheating/re-crisping leftovers. ... don't know how we went so long without one. ... I cook thawed wing drums and blades. I dry them off with paper towels, as much as I can. I put them in a bowl and drizzle a little olive oil or avocado oil on them and toss so they all get a little on them. I lightly season with any or all of the following: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Seasoned Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper Powder. Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, Lemon Pepper, and/or some homemade fajita seasoning. I do not flour or cornstarch them. I put a parchment liner in the bottom of the pan, on top of the black grate. I turn on the air fryer and set it to 400 degrees, preheat on, and I do 10 thawed wing (usually 5 drums and 5 blades) pieces, for 14 minutes....flipping the wings at 7 minutes. When they are done, I usually splash on some Frank's red hot sauce. I don't like dripping wet wings so I use the hot sauce sparingly and a little goes a long way. Sometimes, at the 7 min halfway mark, I will apply a light coating of BBQ sauce...then flip them. When I do this I don't use the Frank's. Experiment with different spices and seasonings."

"I gotta say that the 40 dollar air fryer crisps better than my 110 dollar gourmia."
"given the double door style, I don't think it retains heat quite as well as a regular air fryer. ... I often play around with the temperature/cook time to compensate. ... I usually increase the temperature by 25-50 ° and then increase the time 0-2 minutes."
"I just got one of these and am finding the same thing when I use it to air fry."
