Reposting with photos in different order at mod request (I don’t hate you, totally understand, I thought the same thing right after I posted originally) Picked this oven up at target before Christmas, 2nd time using it.  After the first time I have my Chefman to my parents, this does a better job in my opinion, plus it has air fryer and toaster oven functions for the counter space it takes up is a little more justified. 8 hour dough at room temp, 64% hydration, 3% salt.  Pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes and jalapeno. Crust is perfectly crispy on outside and pillow soft inside. Took about 20 minutes to preheat and about 5 minutes between pizzas to get back to temp.  It goes up to 800 (tested with IR thermometer)

I figured I could save the counter space by having both in one.  Only thing I noticed is the heating elements look different between the two,  the stand alone pizza oven has a circular element just like the chefman, the one with the air fryer has a larger square patterned element that covers more of the top and bottom area.  Not sure if it makes a difference in the cooking but just something I noticed

Yes, I’ve used it multiple times now, I freaking love it.  I gave my chefman to my parents and solely use this now.  Just have to give it about 5-10 between pizzas to get back to temp, but other than that is does a much better job on the heating the top than the chefman did.  As an added bonus the air fryer works really well too.

I would say just go for the one with the air fryer, it does look to have a different heating element on the top at bottom from the cheaper model.  All I can say is that I think the larger heating element on the top is what makes the difference between this and the chefman (which has the same shape element at the cheaper Gourmia).  Also I don’t think the size of the unit is any different between the pizza only or the combo model. They look to be the same size.

My stand alone air fryer definitely does a better job that the air fryer function on this.  You are correct, this functions about the same as my convection oven but I would say it’s better since it is a smaller area than my oven and has the appropriate basket.  I’ve been following the directions/times that came with this unit when air frying, it does a great job with frozen fries just takes a bit longer than my stand alone unit. For me, the $170 is totally worth it for the pizza oven functionality alone, does a better job than my chefman did.

I use an air fryer that looks like a toaster oven by gourmia. It’s amazing and has multiple functions so I don’t have just another single task appliance. It’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made and I hardly ever use my regular oven to bake anymore. As for chicken you need to season it and get creative. An easy way to add a lot of flavor is taco seasoning. Cube chicken, add a packet of taco seasoning and shake it up then cook. You can do a ranch seasoning packet too! I also like to do salt, pepper, heavy smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and chipotle powder. Chipotle powder is spicy though so be careful.

Toaster oven/air fryer like the Gourmia. I don’t even use my oven even more. I have baked bread, dehydrated fruit, and made yogurt in addition to using it to roast potato’s and chickpeas. I have an instant pot too that I primarily use to make the chickpeas I then air fry.

Totally. We're at the mercy of whoever is answering the email. Seems like they could change their mind every other day lol.  I was also looking at a gourmia fryer, and the rep told me, ' Toaster Oven Fryers are BPA, PTFE, PFOA, PFAs and LEAD Free.  The interior walls are anodized aluminum,  The baking pan and crumb tray are  aluminum.   The fry basket and oven rack are stainless.  There is no NON STICK coating in this unit.' So maybe that's one you could try. My husband found an old style Convection oven at his mom's house so imma try that first before I spend any additional money.

I have one. Don't use it much, but everything I've I've cooked in it has turned out good. It has many setting options.

I picked this up a few weeks ago. Good price. Major CON: no interior light. Seems like a major miss on basic fuctionality.

It works fairly well. My only issues so far: It is a Power hog. I got this for our off grid cabin and I blew the breaker the first time I used it. 2) it get super hot all around it. Had a serving spoon on top of it and it melted it. 3) sometimes it argues as to whether the food was put it. So you get into this bizarre pantomiming of opening and closing the doors trying to get it to accept that the food is in fact, in it.

Bought this one during the sale and there are 2 major things to keep in mind, based on the reviews I read and my limited (1 week) experience. 1) it’s laaaarge 2) people report that it functions more like an oven than an air fryer. I haven’t used the air fryer setting yet, but I primarily wanted it as a small oven, so I love it. I’ve made cornbread muffins in it on the bake setting (came out perfectly in less time than the package stated). I used the dehydrate function on some apple slices (no complaints, except maybe that the air fryer tray only holds 1 apple worth of thin slices). And yesterday I used the bake function to do 1 tray of potatoes and then the rack + a small baking tray for meatloaf & asparagus. I used the temp probe in the meatloaf to have the oven turn off when it reached temp. Will be trying the air fryer functionality this week, but I’ve heard that because it’s so big, cooking takes longer than smaller air fryers.

Have this exact one from Costco for over a year. The French doors are nice, the glass doesn’t get drips on it from my careless kids like the previous 2 fold down door units did so I have to clean it less. Works very well for everything from toast to a pizza. It’s no bigger outside than my older cuisinart but much bigger inside. If you accidently change it from Fahrenheit to Celsius press and hold the WARM button.

I bought this from a Costco Business Center and I am happy with it. It's way better than the cheap, plastic air fryers from Target or Walmart.

We use this literally every day. Pros, you can cook a lot at once, easy clean up (we use the Kirkland parchment paper every time we use it), lots of different settings to choose from. Con, given the double door style, I don't think it retains heat quite as well as a regular air fryer. I often play around with the temperature/cook time to compensate.

I usually increase the temperature by 25-50° and then increase the time 0-2 minutes. But it can vary. For example, I make the Kirkland lightly breaded chicken chunks and cook them at 425/12 minutes (this is the setting for the Snacks button). Other things, I just keep at the recommended time and temperature. I think it's best to start at whatever the directions are, then increase as needed.

We like ours. The French doors make it easier to keep clean (crumbs don't get stuck in the hinge). It does get hot and it does take up a lot of space - especially the back.

So far, we like it. We have solar so I’ve been trying to get my mom to use the convection electric oven more instead of the gas oven. This is large enough where I think she’d be making the switch with more baking. PPT (Product Pro Tip): people were complaining that you can’t turn off the key-response beep. **HOWEVER** you *can*. Press and hold the “Start/Stop” button until you hear a beep. The key-response beep is toggled off.

Been using this for a while, and I love it. It definitely falls into the countertop oven category than air fryer, but I don’t think it’s a bad thing at all.

I have this, and use it almost daily. Just be careful not to bump the open door with your arm, or you'll end up with stripes.

I haven't used it for toast, so I can't say. I have toasted tortilla chips in it though, and they came out pretty okay.

I just got one of these and am finding the same thing when I use it to air fry. What has worked well for you for adjusting time and temp to air fry?
