Gourmia - All-In-One Pizza Oven, Toaster, and Air Fryer with 6 Pizza Presets and 7 Cooking Functions GPM1270

I have had like 7 air fryers and there is nothing better for french fries than this gourmia pizza oven air fryer. I havent tried a top and bottom differential that wide but i like it ill try that. I've found if i use lots of toppings ill crank the upper. A whole onion ill do like 635/620. Rotating definitely helps but i make my pizzas to max size so it's just not worth the hassle in the little oven.

This is Pizza #2 from my Gourmia Air Fryer Pizza oven from Target. Plain Cheese upside down. The dough is Whole Foods Purchased after 24hrs from the package time and date. Balled and cooled for another 24 hours before freezing. Thaughed and let fermented for another 24 hours before baking. Bottom layer is part skim Mozz., top layer is sauce and whole milk Mozzarella from Trader Joe’s. About two spoons of Aldi Rosso Pesto and topped with Parm. For the oven, the bottom burner is set to 650, Top 700, baked for 7 minutes with Parchment paper. Paper removed and turned 180 degrees after three minutes (not sure if I really need to turn it). The result finally had the taste and right amount of crisp that reminded me of my favorite spots in Queens. This little oven was a great buy.

I'm in Houston and this was baked in a 50 degree garage. I bought this because the pizza steel, while yielding bigger pizza's and better results, stunk up the entire house. I can use this in the backyard, or in the garage. The only downside is that you can't make a pizza larger than a 12".

The air fryer works well for me. It’s not large on the inside so certain things may be too large for it. French fries though would be perfect. Since it’s small it preheats and cooks very quickly. The dehydrator works well on it too and it even makes decent toast. I’d buy it again

I have the ninja foodie and a giurmia oven type fryer. Gourimia is for everyday. Foodie is for pressure cooking and when I need more things air fried. Had the foodie first Gen also. Ninja makes great air fryers, blenders not so much.

Honestly, I enjoyed it, can't go wrong at that price point... However, I highly suggest hand washing only. We put ours in the dishwasher and the basin started to warp and a corner of the plastic on the front broke off.
