Gourmia - Costco Exclusive 7 Quart Air Fryer (Discontinued)

I have the older Costco Gourmia. I’ve started making beef jerky. It has a dehydrator setting 135°-170°F. Works great with steak you forgot about in your freezer.

After having an air fryer which gets used 2 or 3 times a week for dinner, not to mention my addition to grilled cheese sandwiches done in the air fryer. My wish is that I had gotten a larger capacity air fryer with swing doors, trays and baskets a dual zone so I could cook more than 1 thing at a time. But 3 years on my $60 Gumoria air fryer from Costco is still going strong.

I got a 7 qt Gourmia from Costco and have been very happy with it.

I have the 7qt Gourmia from Costco. I'm happy with it. This newer/larger one has a window, which should come in handy.

I like my big basket one from Costco. It’s an air fryer, that’s what I want it to do, not have 8 shelves and French doors.

I have the seven quart version from Costco that I bought for $39 6 months ago. I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I dropped it while moving and broke it. So I picked this same eight quart one up today from Costco, and I'm seasoning it now. I hope it's as good as the previous one!

I bought the 7 quart Gourmia air fryer from Costco. It works great but isn’t big enough for my family of five and I was sick of cooking in batches like a short order cook. That said, I do think Costco does a decent job vetting brands overall.  When I came across [this air fryer comparison spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y4PR6GCz-Lk5mWX1LUzo-3kChRBv302vSv5HZFB5K1c/edit?gid=1554522955#gid=1554522955) on Reddit, I was happy to see that Gourmia actually has tons of options. I ended up GTF7460 because the kicker for me was that it can fit a 12-inch freezer pizza. I like that my teen son can make himself a late-night snack without heating up my whole house with the oven.

I got one for 69 2 years ago. It works as expected. I clean it after every use

I received one of these as a Christmas gift one year and I love it. It’s an absolute beast!

Have a Costco membership? The Gourmia 7qt at $50 ($40 when it is onsale) is a good stepping stone to getting an air fryer.

I bought the 7qt one originally in September of 2023 and just saw this at my Costco this past October (2024). I picked one up and will try it. It does seem to be better since it does have more surface area (less height, but thats fine) as well as individual adjustments for time and temperature. The window and light are also nice included features as well. TLDR; 8qt Gourmia >>> 7qt Gourmia

Never tried the vortex but my 7qt gourmia cooks at the same speed as my Ninja 11qt Megazone

Price is nice. Been loving our 7 qt since purchasing it (even bought a back up when it went back on sale. The 450 temp would be cool to have.

I have not but love the 7qt one. This linked one goes to 450 vs 400, so that's cool.

I bought the older 7 quart a couple years ago at Costco when it was on sale for the same price and it broke within a year. When I went to return it at Costco, the return guy told me his broke within a couple months as well. He mentioned that I’m not the first person that he accepted a return on those air fryers. I personally wouldn’t recommend it, but maybe they improve the design on these air fryers or my Costco just got a bad batch of them.

I have a Gourmia 7-qt one and a little tiny Phillips. Both are excellent, but I hated the larger Phillips one I tried. Go figure. This is in Canada - Indian models may be very different!

I have a gourmia that I got from Costco. It's good. My parents recently got a Phillips one that's a bit smaller but is much better.

You may be right. For additional context, the gourmia one I have was bought and I use it in the US. The phillips one my parents got and use is purchased from India.
