I like my Insta Omni plus, it's a bit big but does all the things you are asking for and if you get a second tray you can double your dehydration space. The rotisserie option is awesome also, making chicken shawarma at home is the best.

I specifically bought this model of air fryer because it is multifunction: roast, toast, bake, air fry, dehydrate, rotisserie. Honestly I rarely use anything other than the air fryer function because we also have a separate dehydrator for making our own Carnivore Snax. Also, I never had an easy bake oven as a child so it also brings out my happy 🥰
