Instant Pot - Omni Plus 18L

I like my Insta Omni plus, it's a bit big but does all the things you are asking for and if you get a second tray you can double your dehydration space. The rotisserie option is awesome also, making chicken shawarma at home is the best.

I have an instant Omni Plus, it works really well. I cook just for myself so I save a lot of time not using my oven since it's convection. I roast veggies and cook chicken it it mostly.  It's an older model and they sadly don't make them bigger anymore. I can bake two loads of bread in mine. Not sure it would fit height wise in the new ones. 

I have an Instant Pot one; it was the highest end one at the time.  I hate it.   It's just a bit too narrow (like, 0.25") for half of baking pans due to how they designed it, the racks crash off if there's more than toast on them and you pull them out even a couple of inches, and the panel stopped working about a week after the warranty ended.  I've regretted the choice since we got it, and it's only gotten worse.   I also have an actual Instant Pot (pressure cooker), and love it.  I think it's another case of the brand name meaning nothing if you venture outside their area of expertise. 

Mine is the Instant brand version of an Easy-Bake oven, so a door that opens similar to a conventional oven with two racks inside. I was concerned my model wouldn't work as well compared to a pull out basket, but no issue so far.

I know exactly what lid you are talking about for your instant pot, but I don't know enough about it to give you a recommendation. I specifically bought this model of air fryer because it is multifunction: roast, toast, bake, air fry, dehydrate, rotisserie. Honestly I rarely use anything other than the air fryer function because we also have a separate dehydrator for making our own Carnivore Snax. Also, I never had an easy bake oven as a child so it also brings out my happy 🥰
