100% recommend the Instant Pot if using for an oven too. It's big at 10qt and has racks like an actual oven instead of a basket. I've never used the rotisserie but still think it's worth it.
The loudest noise it makes is the beep for when it's up to temp or finished, but you might be able to change the volume? Never been an issue for me so haven't looked into that.

I would never buy an air fryer w/o a rotisserie basket. Ever.
I also bought an air fryer to get rid of my toaster oven.
I have a $10 2 slice toaster for quick toasting of bagels.
A Toaster oven is too much overlap.

Instant pot vortex plus 10 qt is amazing! 2 shelves, a basket that constantly turns (fries come out amazing without turning) and a rotisserie spit for a smaller whole chicken. I no longer use oven or stove and rarely microwave due to this and my IP pressure cookers.

I love my instapot vortex. It reminds me of (looks like) my easy bake oven I had as a child. It has lasted several years. It is an air fryer, rotisserie, it bakes, broils, dehydrates, and a couple of other things I don’t remember. It is a 7 in 1. I use it almost every day for the past 4ish years.
Rock solid but the only complaint I have is that when I wash it, water gets trapped between the double glass window and over time, it has a bit yellow tinge. But overall it is super easy to clean. The glass door easily comes off the hinges so you can clean it well and get into the crevices.
I take it apart (door, drip pan and cooking tray) and wipe down all the grease. then I use a non chemical cleaner. It isn’t hard to clean except for the door and the crevices the door hinge is in.
I use a rag, paper towels, and often Qtips if I see something in crevices the rag can’t reach. I also tilt it to coax any crumbs out and then I wipe down the bottom.
As long as you keep the drip tray clean, you won’t have much of a mess. It is for sure easier than cleaning the oven, the stove, a pan, and a toaster…. So I cook in it as often as possible. 😁
