Yeah, it has 13 presets like air fry, toast, bake, pizza, slow cook, dehydrate, etc. Super convenient, but you can also tweak the settings if you want more control.

If you’re cooking small meals, a single basket like the Ninja AF101 or Instant Vortex does the job well. Duals are great for variety but take more space. Go Ninja if you want durability, Instant if you want presets and ease.

Buying a ninja has been life changing for cleaning. Takes me minutes rather than scrubbing and soaking for ages only for it to still look rank! I also like the extra layers on the metal wire rack things!

Buy one that is easy to clean. I just bought a ninja af101 and it's much better than the best buy airfryer i had many years ago just due to how much of a pita it was to clean that cheap one. I don't think 6 qt minimum is necessary but to each their own.

My Ninja AF 101 from Amazon has a Dehydrate button (haven’t used the dehydrate function yet).

I recently bought the Cosori Pro 2 and it completely blew my ninjas out of the water. I had a Ninja Foodi and the Ninja AF101 and Dual Zone (endless cycles of upgrading and gifting to friends who didnt have an air fryer). Got a Cosori as an extra air fryer. It was $48 on clearance at walmart due to the red color not being very popular. The Cosori performs better than the Ninja in a very key aspect, the removable basket design. Since the sides are also detachable from the overall basket, they can add vents to the side of the basket. This allows the circulation of air to the underside even if the basket is completely full. Ninja's removable plate design would always result in a soggy underside if I overfilled due to the air being unable to circulate. In a scenario where both are half empty, they perform the same - slight edge to the Ninja.The removable basket vents no longer makes me afraid of just dumping a bag of fries This is not worth selling your Ninja and buying a new Cosori. These downfalls can be easily solved by preheating, shaking or simply not overfilling. But it's nice to just set it and forget it And just a preference, I infinitely prefer cleaning the dual basket than trying to remove a hot plate from the bottom

Not sure if it's considered large but we have a 4qt Ninja and it's a rockstar.

I’ve been thinking I need to get rid of my air fryer and get the toaster oven version so that looks good. My ninja is the one with the pull out thing, and I swear it leaves a taste on things bc of the coating

Cuisinart sucks just fyi, especially the digital air fryer ones. Ninja is good just they don’t seem to have a good size. The tilt one doesn’t have enough clearance to see or even put things like 1-1/2” steaks and the non-flip one is giant.

You’re clearing the ninja one wrong. Hot water into the bucket with soap, handle scrubber in fast rotations , put it out, same again, boom. Faster than cleaning the cosori.

I have this exact model. When I run just one side, it's fine. When I run both sides, with identical contents, same temperature and time as before, the food is clearly not cooked the same amount as just one side on it's own.

This model has completely separate heating elements and circulation for each basket, it is not like the Flexbasket as far as I know. I can run one side normally while the other basket is in the dishwasher, with no air leakage.

Yes I have the ninja counter top one and love it. I am looking to cook food fast and was curious how well the wall version did compared to the counter top one.

I went with a 4 qt Ninja on clearance at Walmart. I love it but, I do have to cook small meals or do in batches. I'm single and it's fine for me. Still experimenting as I've only had it a week. forgot what the microwave is for. lol

I’ve not tried the Gourmia (got one for my coworker though and he loves it), but I did recently upgrade to the basic 4 qt ninja and I love it so much! It’s definitely more powerful than my old one, so much easier to clean, a lot quieter, and the button beeps/food ready beeps are much quieter, which I enjoy for late night heating

For two people, a 4–5 qt air fryer is perfect. Ninja and Cosori are reliable and cook more evenly the cheap ones often don’t last. Black Friday usually has solid deals on both brands, so it’s worth waiting.

Does it make a lot of smoke? When we were looking to replace our basket style air fryer we tried a KitchenAid oven and it was horrible, the whole house was full of smoke. We ended up returning it and getting a ceramic ninja.

I have the 4-qt Ninja air fryer and love it. Bought it on FB marketplace several years ago and use it several times a week. Never had any issues.
