Well I can only get a 6.2l ninja with points so if it works for halves, thst will still work. At least the pizza could last more than a day, so I have a half one day and another the next I take it for it to fit half u put it in an angle?
Ninja Pro 6.2: Perfect for 2/3 people. Easily cleaned with a little dish soap: let the tank cool down; do not add water when it is very hot: use special absorbent papers for air fryers that fit the dimensions of the tank.
I have that one. I love it!
Yes and no. It’s more about the power they have, the size, and options for me. While not necessary to spend $300 on a good one, a decent one with good power and size will run at least $100 imo. I started with a cheapo Bella one, power sucked. Upgraded to a nicer $70-$80 off brand one. I liked it but it died after a year. I’m now the proud owner of a Ninja 6 in 1, and then was gifted the Ninja Crispi Pro. While I do love the pro, it cooks just as well and has the same options as my $129 Ninja 6 in 1, the Crispi pro is easier to clean though because of the glass bowls, and supposedly without the chemicals found in basket style ones. I would not have personally spent $279 on it though, but since it was gifted to me I will happily use it!
Baskets do crisp better than oven models, but if you want to do pizzas, get an oven model. My ninja is one of the ceramic ones. It has never flaked or chipped. I did learn not to use low smoke point oil in it which reduced the non-stickiness of the crisp plate. I was able to "re-season" it with grapeseed oil which I now brush on lightly when cooking foods likely to stick (breaded fish, for example). Previously I had a teflon one from Gourmia and it did start to flake, thus the replacement Ninja. Supposedly the ceramic is sand-based. Can we believe anything a company tells us? Probably not. But at some point you pick the lesser evil. Have not tried the glass ones, they would be too heavy for this old lady. I love my Ninja, it's more than 2 years old and is used multiple times each day. I do not worry about cleaning the heating element - that's a rabbit hole you never return from at all.
