I also hate having a crowded countertop and it was a major factor in not getting an airfryer for so long. About a month ago, we got the Ninja AF141. We are a 2 person household, so it's big enough for our needs, but small and light enough to easily to unplug and put back in the pantry after use It's got a decent aesthetic and I think it would be okay left out, but I prefer to take 10 seconds and put it away.

[This Ninja](https://www.amazon.com/Ninja-Capacity-Dehydrate-Technology-AF141/dp/B0CSZ7WBYW/) uses ceramic coating. Would you say it's better?

I have the ninja pro 4 in 1. It, thus far, has been super easy to clean.

Make sure you get a decent fan to blow at your fire detector while you use the air fryer. And have the air fryer backside pointing towards an open window. I really like the Ninja pro XL 5 quart. ($79) Super easy to use and clean. And extra insert trays are available on Amazon for like nine bucks, for when yours gets too hard to clean. Don't worry about using liners or anything like that. Just make sure you invest in a good avocado oil spray. If you or your parents have a Costco membership, they've got large avocado sprays in a two pack for a pretty good price.

I’ve use a Insta Pot 2 quart air fryer. It worked great for me for 5 years. I just replaced with a 5 quart Ninja. Besides being larger which is no biggie cause it’s just me, I have problems with stuff blowing around in the Ninja which wasn’t an issue with my Instant Pot AF. Also, the old Insta Pot AF had a roast option. I noticed most but not all portable models, no matter the brand, replaced the bake option with dehydrator. Perhaps there are folks who do dehydrate, but I personally don’t know anyone interested in such a feature. I’m thought about gifting the Ninja and going back to a Insta Pot AF EXCEPT the model Ninja I have has a ceramic coating which I love and is supposedly healthier than Teflon.

I just tried ours for the first time and I'm getting the same issue. Our previous, single-zone Ninja made food much crispier and in significantly shorter time

Yup I did a post on mine several months ago. Definitely takes more time when cooking with both sides and it can be hard to figure out timing. I wish I stuck with my single one.

I just mean in the sense that it cooks a lot slower using both sides vs one so have to figure out timing for stuff to be done. It isn't the usual times I would set when using just one side. Apparently this is an issue in the US due to voltage from what I was told numerous times on my last post. Just wish I knew before I got it. If you're in the US and this one takes just as long when you use both sides, you're lucky I guess. 🤷‍♀️ i have much longer cook times using both sides than I do with one, or with my one basket ninja I used to have.

Yes I have the ninja counter top one and love it. I am looking to cook food fast and was curious how well the wall version did compared to the counter top one.

I have this exact model. When I run just one side, it's fine. When I run both sides, with identical contents, same temperature and time as before, the food is clearly not cooked the same amount as just one side on it's own.

This model has completely separate heating elements and circulation for each basket, it is not like the Flexbasket as far as I know. I can run one side normally while the other basket is in the dishwasher, with no air leakage.

Concur on ninja x in 1s. Toasts, air fries, bakes - the other "features" are kind of superfluous but the effect is the same. Also, mine folds up to the wall so it takes up a lot less counter space when not in use
