We have a Ninja 12-in-1 double oven with FlexDoor. Love it. Our oldest has since moved out, but we were a family of 5, the oldest been a teen boy with a voracious appetite.
We love the ninja 12 in 1. We never use our full size oven. Air fries, bakes pizza, deserts, it's honestly flawless. Bake and air fry at the same time. Even replaced our toaster https://www.target.com/p/ninja-1800w-double-stack-xl-countertop-toaster-oven-and-air-fryer-with-smartfinish-38-dualzone-technology-stainless-steel-finish-dct601/-/A-91722292
I'd get a "Ninja Double Door 12-in-1 Countertop Electric Convection Oven & Air Fryer with FLEXDOOR" I was gifted one and thought it would be lame. Boy was I wrong. We barely use our main oven anymore unless we're making a large roast or something that won't fit in the mini oven. Wait for a sale.
I have the Ninja DCT401 12-in-1 Double Oven and use it frequently. It does have two sections but they do different things. I rarely use both at the same time; usually I’m either baking on the top or air frying on the bottom.
The Ninja double stack XL was really big, it took up a lot of counter space I didn’t have. I ended up selling it and getting the Crispi Pro, which I love and it doesn’t take up my entire counter. I can’t speak to the Cosori, but I do really like the Crispi Pro. Seems easier to clean as well
I have the ninja double stack xl and I really like it. The bottom compartment really isn’t as big as you’re led to believe - you’re probably not going to cook a whole chicken in there, but it’s great for quick meals and much easier and faster than using your oven for anything. I use the baking, broiling, and air frying functions regularly
Got a Ninja 10-in-1 like 4 years ago and that bish is still going strong and I use it atleast daily. From toast and bacon in the morning, reheating leftovers for lunch, and roasting chicken or veg for dinner. My SIL doesn’t have an actual oven in her kitchen. The previous owners redid the kitchen and put in a countertop range with no oven, and now getting electric for an over will necessitate a full kitchen reno and impact the matched floors through the house. She also has the ninja and uses it for absolutely everything. I couldn’t live like that, but it speaks to how good the ninja actually is.
Ehhh, they’re not huge inside to begin with (compared to an oven) and I can’t imagine needing so much of a temp variance to justify a completely separate space. If I am running two racks that need that much variance I just toss the 2nd in later (or prioritize one in the air fryer and use my conventional over for something else). However, if am trying to cook a larger chicken (or even a smaller turkey) I could see the space getting quickly limited by the double stack. I have the regular 10-in-1 (non double stack) and I am happy with that. Your needs/preference may vary.
I love my ninja double stack. I leave it out on my counter To use pretty much every day. I have noticed hot and cold spots. The top drawer tends to get hotter. However I’m willing to overlook this for the convenience of being able to cook raw chicken or whatever quickly for my family.
