Never had an air fryer before last fall. I bought the Ninja double oven as it was on for half price and my friend loves hers. I don’t make super greasy food though, and clean up is a breeze. Quick wipe of the oven and door and Dawn power wash for the basket and catch tray though dish soap is probably fine too. Works great for me.
r/airfryer • Thoughts on the toaster oven style air fryer? ->Ninja Double Oven. It has vents on the side of the unit instead of the top and fits comfortably on my countertop under my upper cabinets
->I purchased one for my daughter hers is exactly the same burns the food and cooks unevenly, ninja needs to take responsibility absolute waste of money
r/airfryer • Ninja Double Stack XL — don’t buy it ->I agree, it's un predictable as well as to where will and won't be cooked. Not impressed with mine .
r/airfryer • Ninja Double Stack XL — don’t buy it ->The food isn't raw on one side and cooked on the other even when I don't move stuff around. It may be less browned, but raw is bs. I have a dual stack and I like it a lot. It's my 3rd air fryer, so I have used others.
r/airfryer • Ninja Double Stack XL — don’t buy it ->I personally really like it and it's almost replaced out oven for anything baked or roasted. All air fryers require some messing with the food to achieve equal cooking. I don't see any cosmetic issues with mine. I don't see issues with splatter out the back.
r/airfryer • Ninja Double Stack XL — don’t buy it ->Klachten genoeg over de Ninja double stack.
r/airfryer • Ninja Double Stack XL — don’t buy it ->I’ve never had any problems with any of my Ninja products (bullet, double stack XL, or slushi), but I will say that their instructions are more detailed than most, plus obviously they are more expensive, but I think that has to do a lot with product reputation. The only thing I don’t like about the double stack is that the top rack is so narrow. After finding[ this thread on Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/user/No-Competition-5766/comments/1i5jdq2/air_fryer_models_comparison_spreadsheet/) and comparing the different Ninja models, I think that the Foodi might be a better fit for me. I thought I’d share, though, as you can compare all the different brands.
r/airfryer • Ninja Double Stack XL — don’t buy it ->Odlican je Ninja Double Stack XL
r/AskSerbia • [deleted by user] ->It's not about the cooking method. Brining/marinading + making sure they are flat and more or less equal in thickness + taking it out at the right internal temperature is the key. I know double stack ninja model has a built in thermometer for monitoring food temp, but you can buy one separately. It will level up your chicken breasts.
r/airfryer • My very first air fryer ->I got this recently and have been a little frustrated on the cooking quality. The top basket cooks much faster than the bottom even when the “double stack” and “match cook” buttons are chosen. I’m thinking about returning mine and getting a different model.
r/airfryer • Anybody used the “double stack” ninja air frier? Looking for opinions! ->I just got the double stack from ninja.. I don't have a lot of countertop space in my NYC apartment but this one fits nicely and works great! I love that each basket/drawer comes with a separate rack that sits half way in the basket making 4 areas to cook on. the top rack in each drawer is the "crispier" foods rack
r/airfryer • Look to upgrade from our single Ninja air fryer, which one should we go for? ->This is exactly why I just switched to getting the double stack.. each basket has a wire rack to basically make 4 cooking surfaces, too. (2 per drawer/basket - top rack being more crispy foods) Its pretty ideal
r/airfryer • Look to upgrade from our single Ninja air fryer, which one should we go for? ->I have a Ninja double air fryer. It’s really great and I highly recommend it.
r/airfryer • Does anyone use this air fryer? Thinking of buying it ->Ik ben tevreden over de Ninja Double Stack, makkelijk schoon te maken, twee mandjes, en neemt weinig ruimte in omdat de mandjes niet naast elkaar zitten maar boven elkaar.
r/nederlands • goeie airfryer ->I’ve owned a few. My Ninja double stack is my favorite. It is relatively narrow, looks good on the counter, and has great capacity.
r/Costco • Air fryer recommendations? Ninja? ->I just got one for Christmas. Using it now for first time to cook chopped up potatoes for meal prep. Using both baskets ... and it seems the top one cooks faster.... however, it takes much longer regardless than a traditional air fryer. 40 mins to cook my potatoes... usually takes 20.
r/airfryer • Anybody used the “double stack” ninja air frier? Looking for opinions! ->Just for your info the double stack one does not have great reviews online. Side by side ninja would be my choice as I have it and love it
r/airfryer • Look to upgrade from our single Ninja air fryer, which one should we go for? ->I would recommend either the Dual Zone or the FlexDrawer. We've tested very similar Ninja models and they've both performed very well and are easy to clean. I would not recommend the DoubleStack. As you mentioned, the rear placement of the fans and heating elements does lead to very uneven cooking (food closest to the back gets cooked much faster). A rating of 1670 W is very typical for North American air fryers. You mentioned that your previous model was rated for 2300 W, which means you're probably outside of North America. Most dual-basket models in the UK, Australia and Europe will draw 2300+ watts, and the added power is absolutely a benefit for cooking speed (especially for dual basket models where two chambers are cooking at once). Lastly, in my experience the plastic smell does go away after a few uses. This is common for most brands of air fryers!
r/airfryer • Hidden Cons? Ninja Foodi Dual Zone 7.6L (not Max), XXXL FlexDrawer 10.4L, DoubleStack XXXL 9.5L ->I shake in this one too. It's a little on the smaller side so I only do about 8 wings at a time. I usually flip about half way through and do some shaking towards the end.
r/Wings • Should I get an Air Fryer or an Oven for cooking wings? ->I have the Ninja XL and love it, however, you might want to consider just buying one you like with an extended warranty. Normally I avoid those like the plague but they make sense for something like this. Get a 4 year warranty on a $150 AF, knowing with high usage you will cash in.
r/airfryer • Air fryer is slowly dying ->I love my ninja XL or whatever it is.
r/airfryer • My old airfryer has bitten the dust so time for a new one. I'm seeing things like '4-in-1' (Ninja) to '13-in-1' (Phillips) cooking options..... what difference do these really do? ->I have a Cosori toaster oven style air fryer (some of my kids are all bougie and have Breville and the other a Ninja). All are terrific because they can all make a frozen pizza to perfection. Yes, longer pre-heat compared to a basket...by maybe a minute. My kid with the Ninja XL can make a full dinner with sides all at once for her and her husband, so that versatility is off the charts. I find with the mesh basket tray on my Cosori that I don't have to flip foods and they're much easier to space out to allow the circulation that is the science behind why an air fryer works.
r/airfryer • Air fryer vs Toaster Oven Air Fryer ->I have the toaster oven style. Got the Ninja Flip one, loved it! Then I got the Ninja XL, love it even more! The Flip takes a bigger tray, but the XL takes two smaller trays. Flip would be great for a single person, the XL is great for my partner and I. I can't imagine trying to cook in one of those tiny basket type. They were never an option for me.
r/Cooking • Do you have an air fryer? Should I get one? ->Great wings come out of my Ninja XL. I like being able to shake the basket.
r/Wings • Should I get an Air Fryer or an Oven for cooking wings? ->I have a different ninja with a built in thermometer and I'd recommend a separate one anyway. It's not that accurate
r/airfryer • Can an air fryer oven truly replace both an oven and a frying pan? ->I actually just got a separate thermometer so I'm not sure yet but the separate one actually tells you the temperature. The ninja one you just set it to rare, medium, ect and I find it over cooks. I'd rather just see the actual temperature.
r/airfryer • Can an air fryer oven truly replace both an oven and a frying pan? ->I have a ninja that is a do it all oven. Has air fryer settings. I’ve been making wings in it recently and they’ve come out great
r/Wings • Should I get an Air Fryer or an Oven for cooking wings? ->I have a ninja oven like that one with an air fryer setting and it’s bad. I have a ninja air fryer like the air fryer pictured as well, it’s great.
r/Wings • Should I get an Air Fryer or an Oven for cooking wings? ->We have the Ninja Foodi oven style one. It's great and it's large enough to cook small meals.
r/EatCheapAndHealthy • What’s the Best Air Fryer to Buy Right Now? ->I like my Ninja oven and air fryer combo for its versatility and speed of cooking - plus the results I'm getting on everything coming out of it are outstanding imo. Roasted a whole stuffed chicken last week as well as cooking scratch made pizza. Outstanding!!
r/airfryer • Why do you guys prefer dual air fyers? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
