"it’s a neat trick how the thing flips outta the way if you’re tight on counter space"

"I like my Ninja oven and air fryer combo for its versatility ... plus the results I'm getting on everything coming out of it are outstanding imo. ... Roasted a whole stuffed chicken last week as well as cooking scratch made pizza. Outstanding!!"
"I replaced it with one of the flip up Ninja thingies a while ago and never looked back. No, I can't roast a whole chicken in it, but I can do everything else (pizza, toast, air fry, etc)."
"I like to use mine as a mini oven. ... I do use it as an oven more than air fry"

"So much grease would get everywhere even when using the drip pan."
"You can’t clean the damn thing either."
"My only gripe with the Ninja Foodie we have (the one that flips up) is something dripped onto the lower heating elements and it is impossible to clean."

"you can’t put things in it that are not relatively flat."
"The main issue (which is absolutely critical imo) is that they never have room to cook things that are tall. Whole wings, chicken legs, skin in thighs, etc. will never work properly."
"Needs to be a tad taller"

"it takes longer in the flip so,it ’s hard to take on a new recipe without monitoring everything."
The ninja pizza oven size - tip up & use the same space as a toaster. Salmon & potatoes 400 degrees 20 min, at 13 min toss in asparagus. Air Fryer, roast, bake, toaster Has a basket & sheet pan, we love it so much!
r/Appliances • What air fryer should I get? ->https://www.walmart.com/ip/202833621?sid=0c490810-846d-406e-ac9d-563bbdac7db1 This is the specific one we got. We considered the basket type but I wanted to be able to toss a pizza in the pan.
r/Appliances • What air fryer should I get? ->Ninja Foodi... the one that flips up. Takes 1/2 a sheet pan and holds a normal frozen Pizza. I am on my 2nd one, use it every day... Any time you just want to make 1 frozen meal, or fries/tots, etc. it is used. Whenever you don't want to heat up the big oven, it is used... Best low $ appliance I have IMHO... I use mine as a salamander and toaster oven as well... 1/2 sheet pan meals are enough for 3 easily btw... The ones with the plastic containers are stupid IMHO... r/homeowners • What is the best air fryer or brand? ->I bought a toaster oven (specifically the Ninja- if you have a Costco near you, they often go on sale) with an air fryer function. More expensive than an air fryer, but I’m also not a fan of one-use appliances. And yes, stuff cooked on air fryer mode ends up crispier. I would caution that if you are celiac or in any way sensitive to cc, air fryer needs to be gluten free ONLY
r/glutenfree • Air fryer must have? ->I'm vegetarian and have 2 ovens but they take forever to heat up. I use my Foodi flip air fryer ALL THE TIME instead of my oven. Sometimes I have to cook things in batches but it still seems more efficient and doesn't heat up the whole house.
r/cookingforbeginners • Can an airfryer completely replace an oven? ->I read point 2 and love my toaster ninja xl airfryer oven and than my basket style because of it’s versatility.
r/airfryer • My advice for buying an air fryer ->I like my Ninja oven and air fryer combo for its versatility and speed of cooking - plus the results I'm getting on everything coming out of it are outstanding imo. Roasted a whole stuffed chicken last week as well as cooking scratch made pizza. Outstanding!!
r/airfryer • Why do you guys prefer dual air fyers? ->Not any good as an air fryer. Basket air fryers are the only good ones for air frying. And they can do other stuff pretty well. Toaster ovens are pretty good at being toaster ovens and truly awful at being an air fryer. Anytime I hear someone complaining about their "air fryer" it's one of the toaster oven ones. Putting a fan in it doesn't make it an air fryer. The main issue (which is absolutely critical imo) is that they never have room to cook things that are tall. Whole wings, chicken legs, skin in thighs, etc. will never work properly. Additionally they often have the burner on the bottom, which means there is a drip tray, which causes all kinds of inconveniences and makes it significantly harder to get stuff crispy. If you can find one where the burner is coupled directly with the fan (i hear they exist) then that'd be your best bet. That Ninja counter folding one is an amazing toaster oven. It is literally the worst air fryer. People who love it either use it as a toaster oven or have no idea what a real air fryer is like. My girlfriend's family raves about it, but it can't make whole wings... So instant fail imo.
r/airfryer • Air fryers that look like toaster ovens. Any good? ->I've only used the Ninja Flip. I love it. Depending on how much space you have in the kitchen it might be worth looking into. There's a pizza mode which works great as well as toast, bagel, air fry, air roast, and some others I haven't used yet.
r/airfryer • Air fryer toaster oven recommendations! ->I have 2 instead. I have the cosori basket 6 qt and the ninja foodie (toaster oven style) and both are amazing.
r/airfryer • Why do you guys prefer dual air fyers? ->My family has 2 of the models of the ninja flip. The smaller and larger models 301p or something.
r/BuyItForLife • The Best Airfryer to Buy Right Now? ->I have a ninja air fryer/ toaster oven combo I use it everyday and it saves electricity not using my big oven. Love it
r/PlantBasedDiet • Air fryer: Time to buy? Better than convection oven? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
