"After contacting Ninja directly I found out that they have no service shops in my country so I was basically on my own trying to fix it. ... The other problem was that my research on this issue was telling me that I need a new fan assembly and i could not get any answer as to where I could purchase the replacement part, even a PART NUMBER from Nijna. ... This was honestly such an exhausting customer experience and I gave up trying. ... I never had anything like that happen to me, where a company is not capable of providing a part number for a component of their own product... absolutely ridiculous."
