Have a look at the Ninja Speedi, also has a slow cooker function. The steam / air fry function is great.
Ninja Speedi is fantastic. Only gripe is that it doesn't save the last used settings.
I cook and bake a lot of stuff in the oven which cannot be done to the same quality in the air fryer or mini do it all cooker. Bread, pizza, salmon en croute, etc - these things just don't fit inside. Another issue is that you can't run these things for many hours, so slow cooked things and roasts for broths are impossible. And I love my slow cooked fall of the bone ribs! I use my Ninja Speedy to make a quick lunch, to reheat fries, and to cook lazy dishes of all sorts. But complex dishes still need a proper oven. My dream is to buy a house and equip it with an industrial full size oven rack, lol.
gonna look like an ad read, promise its not lol. I love the Ninja Speedi, it has been a life saver (that in combination with my instant pot). We have a full size kitchen, and I'm an ex sous chef, but in the past few years, i have become disabled and cant cook like i used to. My wife works full time now and i still like to make sure she has a good meal when she gets home, and sometimes, when my disability has me bed ridden, I cant be on my feet or even vertical for more than 10-15 minutes. With it, i can still get up and easily make her a delicious meal, and not be in too much pain. Clean up is easy, can bake, steam, airfry, and a lot more with it, best purchase i've never made (was a gift from my father lol)
Ninja speedi is pretty good. Can make cooked rice and air fryed food at the same time. Very versatile.
After getting my air-fryer (currently a Ninja Speedi), I hardly used my oven at all. At the same time my kitchen needed more storage/counter-tops. So I had my cooker (oven/hob) disconnected and removed, and had a new counter cut in, with wheeled trolley storage beneath. Mostly cooking for one or two, for which the Speedi is ideal; but I sometimes cook for up to 6-8 guests, which is clearly beyond it. But what made it possible was that my microwave also doubles as a reasonable sized convection oven, and I also have a large pellet fueled smoker/oven in the garden. If you have/use a microwave, I suggest you look for one that does convection cooking as well - really useful as a backup, and it doesn't take up any additional space.
I have a ninja speedi. I threw away my microwave and never looked back. It's been 3 years. You can cook everything in it and it does it all.
Chöche au oft so kombimenü. Duesch unde Teigware / Riis etc mit Sauce dri. Obe velecht Gmües und es pouletbrüschtli. De duets vo obe grille und vo unde choche. I 10-15 minute esches fertig. Heissluftfrittöse heds notürlech au. Hesch aber kei klassischi Schublade, sondern de Deckel vo obe. Pommfrit wärdid super im Gitterli woni no kauft ha. (wemmer mol vermuesleti Ravioli wett mache)
We have a ninja foodi since it serves several functions. Air fryer. Slow cooker. Pressure cooker. Dehydrator. Steamer. Etc. We live in an RV full time and have extremely limited counter space but it still made the cut for us. I'm currently making shredded beef for enchiladas in it. It's easy enough to store under our dinette seat.
Yeah I got a ninja that's the pressure cooker/air fryer 2 in 1 machine and I love it. It air frys really well and the pressure cooker is better than I thought it would be. I use it quite a bit. You just have to preheat it for the air fryer but it only takes a few minutes. It's very consistent so you get a good feel for how long you need to heat stuff
