Nuwave - Bravo XL Pro Smart Oven & Air Fryer

Nuwave Bravo XL Pro Smart Oven and Air Fryer. I use it every day. Even comes with a pizza stone.

The one I have is the NuWave Bravo XL Pro Smart Oven, Air Fryer & Grill. Have had it almost a year now and it does what it says it does. I've air fried wings from raw and frozen, dehydrated chili peppers, roasted potatoes and veggies, roasted a whole 12-lb turkey, grilled ribeyes, made quiches, baked a cake, baked sourdough bread and brownies, and made toast and toasted sourdough bread. I've also grilled cheese in there. Quite happy with it.

We got a Nuwave xl pro. We really like it. My son has a NInja, his second one of a different model (the one that flips up when not being used to save counter space). They’re great, but the Nuwave was a good price with good reviews so I decided to give it try. We’ve had it a for about 6 months and we love it. I would say the more compact specific air fryers are more efficient as air fryers, the only a little.

I have the Nuwave Bravo Pro Smart Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo purchased from Amazon. I am pretty happy with its functionality, it cooks quickly with the convection fan feature, easy to clean and it looks cute—kind of retro in a light blue color. I will say, it gives off an unpleasant odor for the first couple of uses which I was prepared for after reading user reviews. It does go away after it burns off whatever it is that causes the smell. Secondly, it doesnt have an interior light. That is not usually an issue for me. But sometimes you cant tell whether some bread product is sufficiently browned for example. Finally, like most of these appliances, the casing can get hot to the touch when it is running for awhile.

Breville has bad reviews on Amazon but NuWave has good reviews. I had a Cuisinart combo oven but after a while the Air Fryer and the Convection features stopped working (and I rarely used those). I just bought a NuWave combo oven and so far, so good.

We have a Nuwave Bravo and we use it almost every day. It's awesome. There's 3 racks, so you can cook lots of stuff at the same time. It can do regular oven stuff, or even rotisserie a chicken. We haven't used our regular oven since we got it.

I found some of my notes from the comparison. Here's the short version: Cuisinart toaster oven which we already owned \- yes it "does convection" but not really an air fryer. No programs. Can’t tell how long it will take.   Due to probe cover it’s a pain to. Insert the probe.  Evidently you have to have the probe in when you begin the program or it’s ignored.  Takes two hands to hold food and remove probe.  Also a pain on level 3 with grill insert which blocks it.  Steak was way over cooked and there’s no burger or steak that would ever take 15 min at 425.    Stinks up kitchen more than Dreo. Smells like smoke.  Drip tray is not nonstick and tough to clean Written rack directions differs from machine instruction  Grilled beef burger or steak Second steak.  Used app.  It didn’t do stages.  Why not?   Came out light brown and rare. Set to 125 but after 5 min was just 114. Fail
