Nuwave - Brio Plus 8 Qt Air Fryer

The build quality feels solid and the basket is actually non stick, which is rare because my last one glued food to the grate no matter what I did. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. It is quiet enough that I can still watch TV while it is running. Cleaning it takes maybe two minutes at most.

nuwave brio, easy to use, not expensive, really good quality

I also recently moved into my own home, and i finally got[ this Nuwave Briо](https://www.reddit.com/r/recsmatter/comments/1qdh2xc/nuwave_brio_plus/), it's a real step up for everyday cooking, heats chicken/veggies/tofu evenly without having to constantly shake, and doesn't feel wobbly like some cheaper air fryers. one of the best fryers for 1-3 people.

It depends on the air fryer. We just upgraded to an 8qt Nuwave Brio and we don't have to preheat it much at all and it cooks so much better and faster than our old 6qt cosari. The difference was shocking. The only thing we miss is that the presets on the Brio suck.

I switched to the nuwave brio after my old fryer died and it’s been great. Big basket, heats fast, super consistent, and doesn’t feel cheap like some other brands, imo

in my opinion ninja, rellytech and [this nuwave](https://www.reddit.com/user/ayo_ninja/comments/1osheqi/how_i_met_my_air_friyer_3/) is best for price 100-150 would not recommend cosori unless you want something lower $100, its ok but these 3 better for sure.

We just got the Nuwave Brio. It's REALLY good, kind of expensive though. It does regular oven stuff, air fray and rotisserie. I am legally blind and I can read the display without assistive technology. High contrast buttons, and a giant blue/green LED display (I don't know which, blue or green.) It does have an app, but I've never used it.

Oh, ok. The buttons are soft buttons, so there's no tactile feel to them. You could totally put bump dots on them though. The controls are simple enough. Power (bottom left), Temp up or down, starting at default 350F, and then time up or down, default 15:00m. There are other controls but I've never had to sue any of the other buttons for anything.

Can’t tell how long it will take.   Due to probe cover it’s a pain to. Insert the probe.  Evidently you have to have the probe in when you begin the program or it’s ignored.  Takes two hands to hold food and remove probe.  Also a pain on level 3 with grill insert which blocks it.  Steak was way over cooked and there’s no burger or steak that would ever take 15 min at 425.    Stinks up kitchen more than Dreo. Smells like smoke.  Drip tray is not nonstick and tough to clean Written rack directions differs from machine instruction  Grilled beef burger or steak Second steak.  Used app.  It didn’t do stages.  Why not?   Came out light brown and rare. Set to 125 but after 5 min was just 114. Fail 

yeah, nuwave are great. I even boiled eggs in it once and they turned out perfect.
