I have the first model and it works perfectly. Wanted a no frills basic air fryer because I'm not very confident in touch screens on appliances. Only slight issue I have is that the timer is mechanical, so it doesn't pause when you open it midway.

It will. I'm talking about the timer. The timer keeps running.

So you would have to pick up the pieces one by one. But I think, that's not an issue, unless it is small stuff like fries. Anyways actual chicken and all I manually remove each one from mine too. I think it is a good one If you don't want that extra feature.

Bought NA 130. Its working just fine. Only difference is the timer keeps on running when you pull out the basket for a quick mix between the cooking. and regarding teflon, i am using the perforated paper coated with silocne as base. Moreover, Teflon will become an issue if you are cooking at more than 270 degrees. Here you go upto max 300 based on the recepie

Lisen get the 1000 series na130/00 it's an better option with a 6 liter bucket but if you are buying for 1 person not a whole family you can go with 4 liter one in 1000 series only cause it's an air fryer both so the same thing rest of the money goes in cosmetic features the 1st one is simple no nonsense option to with it

First of all, stay far away from 2QT. That is way too small. Also, there are some decent cheap brands like Gourmia and Chefman. I actually got a nice Philips 6.6QT pretty cheap ($90 CAD/$65 USD) and I love it. Got my mother an 8QT Chefman for the same price.

5ish minimum. I use mine for just me and I wouldn't want much smaller than my 6.6. A light eater might be ok with like 4QT but I guarantee you will soon wish you had something bigger. Better too big than too small.

I live with my mom and we have a Rohnson with a capacity of 8 LT. My dad lives alone and I got him a Philips with a capacity of 6.2 LT and he says he is satisfied with it. He uses it mainly for sausages and chicken. You can find smaller ones though. I suggest you go to a physical store and see them from up close, this way you can understand better if an Air fryer suits you or not.

Never saw the appeal of it till my friend was pushing it onto me really, really hard. Found black Friday offer for half price Philips family size one and cannot imagine life without it. Made me realise that often I have decided against buying bakeable food due to feeling wasteful- felt like a waste of energy to warm up and bake stuff in the oven, especially that mine can be very temperamental. Now I have a timer and stuff comes out great, no longer feeling bad about bills when I want to cook for one. So I really recommend getting one

Using Philips air fryer for 3 years already. No problems with it. Pero if you need bigger capacity, mas sulit sa price yung napili mo sa Asahi. :)

We have yung philips analog and yes maliit nga sya. Hahaha we are just waiting na completely masira sya para mapalitan. Yung pihitan nya kasi sira na and yung pinaka basket di na naglalock kaya nalalaglag yung ilalim part ng basket. Roi na namin sya tho, gamit na gamit for 2 yrs
