"The easiest to clean of any air fryer I've used too. Throw it all in the dishwasher haha"

"The crumb tray slides out and the bottom opens (when flipped up) for cleaning access."

"I honestly find it quite easy to wipe down after each use. ... I take a soft cloth, and put it into a bowl of very hot water *(with a tiny drop of Dawn Dish Soap mixed in) and wipe down all sides of the oven with it twice. I then rinse out the rag, and wipe it down again with clear water to rinse it off properly. ... It does take a bit of effort to clean it after every use, but I know that a few minutes of my time will keep grease from building up a layer, which would make it much harder to clean down the road. *(I always clean it when the unit it is still a tiny bit warm. I wait for the HOT symbol to disappear, and then I clean it a few minutes later.)"

"I hate how not only how much counter space it takes up but that you can't put it under any cabinets because the lid is on a fixed hinge and needs a ton of clearance to open."

"it is very hard to clean so I just gave up at some point."

"Lids that combine air frying and pressure cooking is just a gimmicky mess that is nigh impossible to clean properly ... the heating element of the air fryer will absolutely rust after being exposed to the humidity of pressure cooking. ... The lid is not detachable and it is impossible to get access to the safety valve (the thing that pops up when pressurized) to clean it properly without taking the lid apart, including the fan. ... The burner element of the air fryer rusts after a single instance of pressure cooking. If you run your finger or a paper towel along it, you should see significant dark smearing. ... The lid itself doesn't rust, but the burner element absolutely does, and there's no doubt that it'll leech into whatever you're pressure cooking as the water continuously drips down from there."

You’re clearing the ninja one wrong. Hot water into the bucket with soap, handle scrubber in fast rotations , put it out, same again, boom. Faster than cleaning the cosori.

Given all the research you’ve already done, you’ve probably seen that giant comparison database of air fryers floating around Reddit [here, I bookmarked it](https://www.reddit.com/u/MaterialisticOcelot/s/AuYboNaNB6). It’s super handy if you want to line up the details down to the very last spec. I personally have the Ninja Foodi and really like it, but I wouldn’t really consider it a “budget” pick since it runs close to $200. That said, I do think you get what you pay for with these. I’d be careful about going under $50 on an appliance you expect to last.

I recently upgraded air fryers from my old trusty ninja foodi (the pressure cooker combo) to a Instant Pot Vortex XL with the dual basket. its opened up a bunch in terms of useability & ease of use. However to do again I would of gone for the Foodi with the Flex Basket. Id give up the extra quart of capacity to get the flexability of that big basket for when I am doign something that doesnt fit well in the smaller side by side baskets.

Look into the Ninja Foodi 11-in-1. I honestly think it’s perfect, i have one. Get either that or a dual basket one, but the 11-in-1 allows for pressure cooking and sous vide and also searing the steak directly in the Foodi. Take a look at the Ninja Foodi 11-in-1 recipe book and i think you’ll be sold - they made a series of very easy, somewhat idiot proof recipes where you can make entire meals in the Foodi and it is DELICIOUSSSSSS.

Foodi pressure cooks just fine Depends. Any device with "air fry" mode is going to be a compromise compared to a real air fryer. Personally I find the Foodi's two lid system to be clunky and annoying to deal with. I pretty much just use my convection oven instead of the foodi. I use a stovetop pressure cooker myself. But I definitely wouldn't recommend the foodi for mainly pressure cooking because the air fryer lid is permanently attached. So that would be pretty much always in the way.

Got a clamshell ninja foodi Max something or other and it cooks chicken including breaded chicken perfectly. If you want a tip, it's worth getting a small grill thing that stands off from the floor so the whole thing gets heat evenly. When it comes to meat, I can usually toss anything in and it's done within 14 - 16 minutes. Doesn't matter what it is. Chicken is typically lightly browned on the outside and perfect inside. Not chewy, greasy, dry. Don't use any extra oil, there is enough in the meat already. Same with potato fries, they come out nice on their own. Now all I use is my air fryer, microwave for frozen veggies and rice cooker. If I'm having rice, I use that for veggies too. I like everything to be as simple as possible, so set it and forget it. Haven't used my stove top or oven since I got the ninja in 2022. If you have more than 2 -3 people it might not be big enough. I don't like the pull out drawer ones. https://preview.redd.it/90u3bmpq9wye1.jpeg?width=3600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2983c5b6b0d4daf757196223e3e8c673f54b4073

If you’re making an entire meal in it, like a protein and vegetables, the dual/double basket is a great way to go. I have one and make our entire meal in it at least once or twice a week. We got a Ninja foodie, which has a “smart finish” option so that you can have things with different cook times, but you can set it so everything finishes at the same time.

Yes! I have the same one and it’s honestly been such a game changer - poke some holes in a potato and toss it in the microwave for 7 minutes then roll in a little oil and salt then 8 minutes in the air fryer (flip halfway) and it’s better than a restaurant baked potato. Frozen veggies? Toss them in the air fryer. Baked chicken thighs? Into the air fryer they go. I love the ninja because it’s the toaster oven shape (as well as being a toster oven) my sister has a non-ninja “bowl” type and I specifically got mine because I knew I would never use the other kind. I’m getting ready to upgrade to a larger ninja that can fit a whole roast chicken and I’m more excited than I thought I would be 😂

I love mine and use it daily. I even bought a ninja combi because I wanted more options lol. I like the ninja foodi because it's also a pressure cooker, and makes perfect rice and hard boiled eggs. I use it for bagels/waffles/toast daily, and usually reheat things in it. If you make frozen foods like fries and chicken nugs, it's good for that, and if you like roasted veggies, it's perfect for that too. My oven has an air fry function, but it doesn't work as well as a standalone one.

I have the slightly smaller Foodi (11 in 1). I use the pressure cooker over the slow cooker for most stews and soups. The smart lid is great - being able to steam and then air fry in one go works well. I’ve made most of your suggested recipes in it plus a lot of soups/stocks/roast chicken thighs. The bigger one is probably better for cooking in layers - it’s tough doing that for more than 2 with the smaller one. A friend has the Instant Pot and loves it. She also cooks most of the things you are thinking of. I thought hers also had a single lid rather than having to swap them. When I made my purchase decision, I honestly felt I could cook with either. It might come down to personal preferences. I went Ninja because I preferred the lid opening to the side. It’s been a great buy. It’s used several times a week and the main oven and the stockpot are almost extinct

Sadly I can't say I had the same experience with the Ninja Foodi (first one broke after two years, the second one not even one year). I really liked the air fryer pressure cooker combo but yeah, can\`t say I\`m too happy with the quality build (the cable going from the board to the lid through the hinge is a known failure point now).

the question is what ypi are after,. most air fryers do work and from my experience mechanicals have a tendency to do better in certain things, here are a few I have, I have at least 4 brands in my home and would be doing a test soon of them: [Philips](https://s.shopee.ph/6psbzlCuSe): probably easiest to use in the mechanical setting, it has a button to remove the tray so you wont get burned, takes a abit of time to preheat, i alwatys wait 5 minutes para umabot ng temp, everything is manual, can handle a lot of things but due to it being manual, you have to do the calculations yourself. very easy to clean, good enough size that you can place anything inside, temp is adequate. trays easily removed. all in all, this one has lasted the longest. [Instant pot](https://s.shopee.ph/1qTw2Y1H7v): if you want something to remove the guesses, this is the one, daming kayang gawin, ive done sundried tomatoes, meals, whole chicken, this thing will tell you when preheating is done, it will tell you to switch the chicken upside down, it will tell you halos lahat, timer is good, malakas yn tunog to tell you you have to do this or that. ito naman cons nya, number 1, yn tray you need to remove it directly, di tulad ng iba. ano con is that rubber yn sa gilid nya pero parang tunog nagscratch pagninilgay mo pero overall its a master of all. [midea](https://s.shopee.ph/5q04noOHtg): mechanical as well quite cute, the temp controls are just dials, handles well, first time used had plastic smell, removed aftgter 2 times use, easy cleaning not digital, so you need to wait for preheating, i do 5 minutes, descent size not great [ninja foodi](https://s.shopee.ph/7V8In0Rlyt): probably the one one that can do grilling properly but dang it is expensive, lots of removable parts and good quality, takes a bit os space though, does grilling and airfrying well pero not that much sa iba, expensive affiliate link posted with pictures of the units. i have more air fryers at home. https://preview.redd.it/7y8mbik0g4zf1.png?width=3099&format=png&auto=webp&s=981d61c6389d836deddc9c2b09e6a78c9134175c

I like the Instant Pot much better. I got a Foodi as well, but am trying to resell it as I don't think it's as nice or useful. Plus the materials aren't as quality. The pressure cook option in my Foodi sometimes doesn't work whereas my 3 IPs always do and are really easy to clean. The Foodi has the Air Crisp option which is pretty nice, but not worth it for the sheer size of the Foodi. It's a beast and very heavy.

Yeah this is the same reason I don't really use my Foodi. It's also very loud whereas my Instant Pot (I happen to have 3) are quiet as a mouse. For pressure cooking alone the Instant Pot brand beats Ninja out imo. I prefer the basic IP models, as they are really good at what they do, alas the Ninja does more. I like the air crisp option on my Foodi but I'm not sure that alone is worth it. Bacon and burgers are really good in it after pressure cooking but chicken is gross on that one I learned. Ninja just doesn't excel to me in pressure cooking as it sometimes doesn't come to pressure at all. I'm actually trying to sell mine after only using it a few times.

I’ve had a Ninja Foodi for years. Usually more than £100 but think you can get manufacturer refurbs off of eBay for close to that price. It’s more than just an air fryer. It also has pressure cooker, sauté, roast, dehydrate as well as other functions I don’t use. Best use for me is for sausages, can get up in the morning, chuck them in there for 13 minutes and they’re done without having to tend to them. Also use the pressure cooker for curries, and you can brown the meat in there first before switching to pressure. Mrs even used it to dehydrate orange slices to make her own Christmas wreathes. We wouldn’t be without it.

I got a Ninja 11 in 1. It’s does a bunch of stuff including air frying, pressure, cooking, slow cooking etc in general it’s great and I get good results with it but it’s huge. I’d definitely look at something like this if I were you and you’re open to getting rid of some kitchen gadgets to combine into one. That being said I use the pressure cooker and slow cooker bits a bunch and only dabble in air frying as an alternative to deep frying and for speeding up roasting things. Most common things in the air fryer are, home made fries, wings, quick roast potatoes, home made chicken tenders and breaded fish fillets I should really expand the repertoire here but it’s quick and to some extent fire and forget for these basics

It’s amazing honestly I love it it has so many options, 2 racks, a light, half way turnover timer, tons of cooking options such as baking, roasting, broiling etc. it also doesn’t have PUFAS/ PFAS or whatever all that stuff everyone is concerned about. The top rack also doubles as a cooling rack. It’s a bit of a pain to clean but that’s the same thing with most air fryers since they need ventilation holes in the surfaces to effectively circulate the hot air. The window is nice to be able to see your food. It’s a pretty nice size, enough to put enough food for 2 adults and 2 kids. It also comes with a cool little laminated air frying guide that shows about 60 different foods and how long to cook them for, what temp etc. it’s definately better than your typical chef man and lower end fryers priced at this range but if you’re looking for something a bit nicer around $120 I recommend the ninja foodie.

I bought a Ninja Foodi on sale for $189 and it lasted 4 years until the lights wouldn't come on in it anymore. It still fried and toasted at least 2 times a day everyday though. So we bought the same model again since the lights are not replaceable. Not technically BIFL, but we think it is worth every penny and inch of counterspace it takes up.

I’ve use a Insta Pot 2 quart air fryer. It worked great for me for 5 years. I just replaced with a 5 quart Ninja. Besides being larger which is no biggie cause it’s just me, I have problems with stuff blowing around in the Ninja which wasn’t an issue with my Instant Pot AF. Also, the old Insta Pot AF had a roast option. I noticed most but not all portable models, no matter the brand, replaced the bake option with dehydrator. Perhaps there are folks who do dehydrate, but I personally don’t know anyone interested in such a feature. I’m thought about gifting the Ninja and going back to a Insta Pot AF EXCEPT the model Ninja I have has a ceramic coating which I love and is supposedly healthier than Teflon.

I did, and I found out after buying it that it's not the version you can open from the back so that was a bit of a bummer. But overall, we use it almost everyday and barely using our oven since we bought it. We flip it all the time and it does save counter space. But as mentioned by others it is very hard to clean so I just gave up at some point. I'll probably get a bigger one once we feel like upgrading.

It definitely gets everything crispier.

Ja akurat mam Ninja Multicooker 15-in-1 i mega sobie chwalę.

I really missed the combi meal function where you can just put rice, meat, and veg in it and hit go and have dinner in 20 minutes without much effort. The rice it makes is not as good as a rice cooker, but not bad. And I missed the combo of steam, convection, and broil cooking for making perfectly cooked salmon with basically no effort too.

I have a Cosori toaster oven style air fryer (some of my kids are all bougie and have Breville and the other a Ninja). All are terrific because they can all make a frozen pizza to perfection. Yes, longer pre-heat compared to a basket...by maybe a minute. My kid with the Ninja XL can make a full dinner with sides all at once for her and her husband, so that versatility is off the charts. I find with the mesh basket tray on my Cosori that I don't have to flip foods and they're much easier to space out to allow the circulation that is the science behind why an air fryer works.

If you’re in North America, there are air fryers that purport to run multiple baskets at the same time (ie: Ninja Dual). Our home power supply will not run both baskets at the same time at full heat; the user’s guide says you have to allow almost double the time if you want to use both baskets at once as the temperature won’t reach full heat. Evidently they do work at full speed in the UK. That being said… I also have a Ninja Foodi multicooker that does the whole slow cooker/pressure cooker/ air fryer thing in one unit. I’ve had four or five air fryers and that’s the one I’ve used the most because the multiple functions are useful for me. For just a dedicated air fryer, make sure it has enough physical space to cook the amount and kind of food you want. For example, french fries are best cooked in one layer. Many air fryers are not sized to cook enough fries to feed four people. Whichever air fryer you choose, you’ll need to peek in and toss/shake/shift your food two or three times during the cooking to get everything to cook evenly, so ensure it’s a convenient size, weight etc.

What kind of air fryer are you using? I HIGHLY recommend Ninja Foodie Max indoor grill fryer. It comes with a grill option that has comfortable room for multiple steaks (or sides) and a built-in meatometer and smart auto-cook system for your choice of done-ness. I had mixed and disappointing results with a typical air fryer on my steaks, but that is partially due to beef being very different in the EU and much more lean and tough than American beef, however upgrading to this Ninja Maxi grill fryer made a huge improvement in my steak quality. For making steaks I cannot recommend it more than anything else, you really have to try it out! This is not sponsored this grill combo fryer is nothing short of amazing! Maybe there's also other similar or better ones availble to you but this is the only I could find in shops that's like this.

Ok. I've had a few ninjas. The first was my introduction to pressure cooking - https://ninjakitchen.co.uk/product/ninja-foodi-9-in-1-multi-cooker-6l-op350uk-zidOP350UK but it doesn't have the grill and the lid was becoming annoying - so I got a smart lid as it didn't have the separate lid and I wanted to grill. https://ninjakitchen.co.uk/product/ninja-foodi-max-15-in-1-smartlid-7-5l-multi-cooker-exclusive-accessory-bundle-zidOL750BND?srsltid=AfmBOoqBJCamAUix7ZlN8iAf77XlDt24eEIplNkVXvD06gG48vAm6Tb9EJU&gQT=1 Since baby is here I've started to steam food, and the steamer isn't that great as you can't stack food or see food like you can with a plastic steamer. I need the space on top of my induction for the extractor fan for the steamer as I steam eggs every day - so the ninja is now in a cupboard. I would defo get a multi cooker over just a ninja, but then again it depends what you cook. My parents have my old ninja and it suits them. But they are retired. The food does taste nicer, but then you cant really cook multiple things as it doesn't really work as well as an oven. Go to John Lewis perhaps and have a look?

I have the Ninja 8qt pressure cooker/air fryer with the combination lid. Would not recommend. Lids that combine air frying and pressure cooking is just a gimmicky mess that is nigh impossible to clean properly, and the heating element of the air fryer will absolutely rust after being exposed to the humidity of pressure cooking. My lid now leaks steam while pressure cooking, and while it can still come up to pressure, it is obviously not optimal. I would go with the IP 8qt with two lids. Yeah two lids are kinda annoying to store, but it is far less annoying than having to deal with a combination lid. 8qt also expands your options quite a bit compared to 6.5qt and is especially useful when making use of the air frying function, where space is important.

Our oven went out at the beginning of covid so I got one to make it through until we could get a new one. It was over a year until we got one. I've hardly used it as I use the ninja every day. It's just hubs and I also, kids are grown. It's just so convenient. I can cook a roast from froze in an hour, or throw in some muffins for 10 minutes without heating up the house. Pork steaks are so good air fried, and hubs does have to start the grill. Walmart still has some, but they aren't as heavy duty as my old one. Amazon has a few in the renewed section too. I have the Foodi, the one that doesn't need a separate lid. I've had it for around 3 years I think. It's a big chonky machine, but I love it and recommend it to everyone. I use it more than the hob at this point! The modes I use the most are air frying, pressure cooking, sear/saute and bake. The stream to air fry mode is also great for making a whole chicken! My boyfriend has been using it when at my place and likes it so much he's going to replace the Instant Pot he has at his place with a Foodi because he wants an air fryer and it's much nicer to have it all in one. The one downside it has compared to a normal air fryer is that the basket is not very big, and it's also quite noisy compared to dedicated air fryers. Personally, the trade off is worth it for me. Happy to answer any more specific questions!

I’ve never had any problems with any of my Ninja products (bullet, double stack XL, or slushi), but I will say that their instructions are more detailed than most, plus obviously they are more expensive, but I think that has to do a lot with product reputation.  The only thing I don’t like about the double stack is that the top rack is so narrow. After finding[ this thread on Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/user/No-Competition-5766/comments/1i5jdq2/air_fryer_models_comparison_spreadsheet/) and comparing the different Ninja models, I think that the Foodi might be a better fit for me. I had a Ninja Foodi, loved it and the surface area you have with it, it was great for reheating pizza. It doesn't crisp up the food quite as well as the basket style ones, but good enough. The fan on mine got clogged with grease after a month or two, and it is essentially impossible to clean. I cleaned it up as well as I could and used it another couple years, now I have a Dreo and the Foodi lives in the pantry until I need to reheat pizza. The Dreo is excellent. 10/10 as an air fryer, and the smart probe cooking actually works great, except I think mine had a software problem that would turn a 45 minute cook into 3 hours at random. A warranty replacement comes soon. The original works perfectly as a basic air fryer, so I'll give it to a friend. Ninja conventional air fryers I rate 1/10. I do not understand how they can not have a window so you know when the food is ready. We have one in our office kitchen, and unless you open it constantly, it is a total gamble how your food comes out. I have had a couple items that I followed the packaging directions and they came out burnt black and smoking. It's too bad because when you get the timing right, the Ninja does a nice job, just as good as the Dreo and better than the Foodi. Also, I don't understand why they have to preheat for longer than it takes to cool the food. An item that I know takes 4 minutes at 400 in my Dreo takes 4 minutes at 400 in the Ninja, but the Dreo requires no preheating and the Ninja needs a few minutes of preheating time. If the food comes out the same from both air fryers, why is the Ninja taking all that preheating time?

I recently bought the Cosori Pro 2 and it completely blew my ninjas out of the water. I had a Ninja Foodi and the Ninja AF101 and Dual Zone (endless cycles of upgrading and gifting to friends who didnt have an air fryer). Got a Cosori as an extra air fryer. It was $48 on clearance at walmart due to the red color not being very popular. The Cosori performs better than the Ninja in a very key aspect, the removable basket design. Since the sides are also detachable from the overall basket, they can add vents to the side of the basket. This allows the circulation of air to the underside even if the basket is completely full. Ninja's removable plate design would always result in a soggy underside if I overfilled due to the air being unable to circulate. In a scenario where both are half empty, they perform the same - slight edge to the Ninja. The removable basket vents no longer makes me afraid of just dumping a bag of fries This is not worth selling your Ninja and buying a new Cosori. These downfalls can be easily solved by preheating, shaking or simply not overfilling. But it's nice to just set it and forget it And just a preference, I infinitely prefer cleaning the dual basket than trying to remove a hot plate from the bottom

I love my ninja foodi. It's a 10-in-1. Little above your budget, but it's super worth it. Pressure cooker, sous vide, air fry, crock, all sorts of things.

Family of 4, and I have a ninja foodi 9 in 1... Basically looks like a large toaster oven. Our boss bought one for the staff lunch room, and I was sold the day a coworker baked a frozen pie for us. The size and shape make it really versatile. We often throw hash brown patties or several slices of toast in it; we use it for fries or onion rings multiple times a week, and have also used it for roasting potatoes, asparagus, and more. I haven't tried the dehydrate setting yet but everything I have tried, it works.

I don't know if it's bifl, but when it comes to air fryers I've learned that ninja is the only way to go. Specifically the ninja foodi with the "grill" setting.

My foodi is all metal. The easiest to clean of any air fryer I've used too. Throw it all in the dishwasher haha

It's a square 18"x18" and about a foot tall. It's not huge but it's not tiny either. Perfect for 2, troublesome for 3.

We have the Ninja Foodi 9 in 1 that looks almost like a pizza oven and then folds up vertically to open up counter space. I love it. It fits a frozen pizza nicely. Ours is probably 2 years old, and we use it at least weekly, if not more often. I think they consider the new version of it as part of their "oven" line-up. It definitely has replaced us using our oven for small batches, especially with the fact that it heats up so fast because it's not huge.

I have the 4-qt Ninja air fryer and love it. Bought it on FB marketplace several years ago and use it several times a week. Never had any issues.

I actually just bought a similar model that you linked, but smaller - mine is 8-qt. I say good big or go home. If Target had the 10-qt stocked, I would have grabbed that instead. It's been great so far!

We got a ninja foodi 15 in 1 we got it for the air fryer but regularly use the pressure cook and steam functions. Can do a stew in an hour with pressure cook that tastes like it was done 6 hours in the oven.

For your budget and needs, the Ninja Foodi DualZone is probably your best bet. The dual basket thing is actually useful when you're cooking for friends - different foods at different temps without waiting around. It's solid, cleans up easy, and holds up well from what people say. Philips Premium XXL is another good option if you want something that'll last longer, but it's pricier and honestly might be overkill for just two people most of the time.

yeah this don't go cheap as you will inevitably replace it when it breaks in 9 months. the foodi is good quality and you will find yourself using the other functions

Don't think you can make a stew in one unless you get the ninja all in one pressure cooker air fryer, but it's great for roasting bones before you put them in a pressure cooker.

I have a Ninja foodie which is an air fryer plus insta pot. It's a great space saver. While we don't use either option often, it's nice to have when we do want to use it

If you’re dropping up to $300 on an air fryer, you’re in prime territory for getting something that’ll genuinely make your life easier (and make you wonder why you didn’t upgrade sooner). The Breville smart oven air fryer is definitely a high end choice. It’s basically an air fryer + toaster oven hybrid, so if you want something that looks sleek and does more than just air frying then go for this! But if you want a straight up air frying powerhouse, the Ninja foodi dualzone is AMAZING. Two independent baskets mean you can cook different foods at different temps at the same time (no more waiting for round two of fries!). The Cosori dual blaze is is also really nice. It has heating elements on both the top and bottom so you don’t even need to flip your food mid cook. I actually came across [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/airfryerhacks/comments/1izsvbo/confession_my_air_fryer_might_be_my_soulmate/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) that breaks down different models and why an air fryer is pretty much a kitchen essential. Might help you narrow things down!

What? Ninja has been dominating my local electronics shops for the last year or two. I bought a ninja dualzone and recommended it to most of my friends. Sure ninja is a bit of the new kid on the block on kitchen appliances but im pretty sure theyre steadily capturing marketshare from the traditional european brands.

I think we have the ninja foodie 10 in 1 oven thing and we've only used our real oven like twice since we got it and that was entirely because the pizza was too big. There's something great about being like "yes, cook my burrito at 400 for 29 minutes and then shut off" that makes it so useful. Well setup food and not worry at all about it being done because it always is. There's even a thermometer and a setting system to get the internal temp to a preferred temp. "Is that chicken juicy or raw? Turns out it's juicy since internal temp hit 180." Sometimes I'll add things in stages so the veggies don't cook as long as the meat or something. We also went out and got random metal trays from a thrift store so we can load small portions separately. But really being able to setup the oven and just let the timer handle it is the bees knees. The one single con is just because a roast or bird CAN fit doesn't mean it SHOULD fit. If the fan is running and fatty meat is too close to the element you can get smoke from the fat. Which could also happen in a regular oven, it's just more noticeable in an air fryer oven. So only a small family roast, no holiday roasts or turkeys.
