Coway Airmega 150 or Airmega Aim. I have both and happy with both of them.

r/gurgaon • New to Gurgaon and planning to stay for 1-2 years max, what air purifier should I get? ->i have the coway airmega aim. yes the fan is loud, but i have no issues sleeping in a loud environment. the auto mode works- i keep it turnsd on 24x7 in auto mode and i just forget it exists. in the beginning i had a lot of problems with the noise- the purifier showing a red sign was causing me a lot of anxiety, but ive done a lot to my room to make sure the purifier works well. ive sealed the doors and windows (look up door and window sealer online) and i clean the filter often, and after an hour my air quality becomes great. ive been at my phone for 2 hours right now, and my purifier has been at green ever since. another thing, the sensor here works very well. one time i was dusting out a tshirt and the sensor immediately went red for 5 seconds and went back to normal. i purchased coway because of it's great customer service, and it has actually been very good. a day after receiving it, i got a call asking if I'd like help installing it- i said no thank you but i asked a lot of questions regarding placement and cleaning. the engineer kindly answered every question. im very happy with my purchase my average aqi is about 200-250, so my experience may vary with yours.

If you got allergies and you just want a fan, that blows clean air at your face, then go for it. It is not mainly meant to clean the air in your room, but it will do that a little bit. Airmega 150 if you’re looking for quality, it will be worth it.
