Bought the Coway ones that move from side by side for Rs. 7k. I think it's for 12k right now.
A True HEPA H13 filter is non-negotiable, as it traps 99.97% of harmful pollutants like PM2.5, allergens, and viruses. First things first, buy an [AQI reader/monitor](https://amzn.to/4fsfyrx) in case the air purifier is not fitted with one, or you want a comparison. If you prefer something that's not noisy and also economical, you can go for the [Coway Professional Air Purifier](https://amzn.to/47aYClJ). Effective and works as expected. It's also highly not recommended to go cheap when it comes to air purifiers, but if you want to restrict your budget, here you go: [Honeywell Air Purifier for Home & Office](https://amzn.to/40Ytq78) For portable air purifiers, go for [AirTamer A320 Rechargeable Personal Air Purifier](https://amzn.to/3H4EJnz) if you're looking for features.
Have the IQ air does not catch dust or similar. I ended up buying a.Blue air that does and running both. The air quality that comes out of the IQ air is excellent, but if dust is your issue, is not gonna help. Blue air smells like plastic in comparison.. tried the Conway and there was so much plastic offgassing. I returned it..
The Dyson air purifiers actually work the worst alongside its competition ...look at some smaller studies on YouTube, they did a horrible job not to mention the price difference. Theyre crazy expensive for an inferior product. I use blueair and it does a great job , rates pretty good amongst the others , I think the only other better one was winix or Conway.
I got some Conway ones on sale for a main level and bedroom in my house a while back. My plan was to help alleviate dander, allergens, and fire smoke. I can't say I have any empirical evidence of their efficacy, but I'm glad I have them. If you have a couple hundred bucks and no central air, I think it's worth it.
I know you asked for cleaning help, but what has helped me wake up without a stuffy nose, and my chest pain (I have athsma) exacerbated by the carpet and dust in my house, was getting a window fan, where it exchanges the air inside your house without outside air. It’s amazing!! Plus I always have a levoit air purifier going. I bought a Conway, and it didn’t help my allergies, and the cheaper levoit helped so much more!
A HEPA air purifier, like a coway. Get a big one, for a room way bigger than your office. A lot of them cycle automatically, you won't even have to turn it on yourself when somebody fragrant sits down in yhe vicinity.
We have two, a Conway and a Fellowes AeraMax 300. Both are excellent. #
Recommend Kids ‘N’ Pets enzyme cleaner. It’s one of the best out there and I’ve tried most all of them. You can clean with a disinfectant cleaner first such as Lysol Disinfectant Cleaner, then thoroughly rinse, or the enzymes won’t be able to work. Then apply the enzyme cleaner, which you can do to any surface in your home, including carpet, let it dwell for up to an hour, and then rinse thoroughly. You can use it in a shampooer. It will make such a significant difference. You can use it on hardwood, baseboards, walls, etc. Because of cat hair, recommend thoroughly cleaning, air conditioners, vents, ceiling fans, hood vent, bathroom fans, etc. They will hold onto hair and thusly odor. Air purifiers in all rooms with the cats will significantly help odor and air quality. Winnix and Conway are both great brands. You might clean out your garbage disposal, using a garbage disposal cleaner. This should help with the odor, and if you have a dishwasher, clean out the inside first, and then run the longest cycle with a dish dishwashing cleaning tablet. You can also periodically pour the enzyme cleaner down your drains, which will help with odor. One of the best detergents to use with pets is Tide Clean & Gentle Powder as it has a complete enzyme package, including protease and lipase. Lipase is key for animal and human oils. Lipase has been removed from many liquid detergents, including all Tide and Persil liquids. It also contains color-safe oxygen bleach, a.k.a. what makes up Oxiclean. If you don’t want to go the Tide route, Whole Foods 365 Powder has the same enzymes and oxygen bleach powder and is unscented, as well. The laundry sub shares helpful information about this. Recommend a thorough clean of your washer, if you have one, via this [method](https://www.reddit.com/r/laundry/s/75UxN3mbt5), followed by running a cup of chlorine bleach, a.k.a. Clorox, on the self clean cycle, or if you don’t have the setting, the hottest, longest cycle on your machine. If it’s a front loader, scrub out the gasket, it’s it’s a top loader, scrub out the inside of the agitator. Clean out the detergent tray.
2 Conway and 1 Winix currently. Had 3 Levoit’s but they all died between 12-24 months. Junk
