Dyson customer service is crap. I bought the hot and cold one. From the box, it wouldn't track the pollutants in the air when i paired it to my app. I thought since it was a new pairing, i needed to give it a couple days for a reading. I forgot about it. A couple of weeks go by and my wife reminds me that there's still no reading. So I called customer support. We tried trouble shooting it. No go. Then we had a video call and did more trouble shooting. Nada. Then they said I could pay to send it in and they'd take a look at it. I said "over my dead body, it's 2 weeks old!" Then they said they'd pay for shipping. At this point, I was pissed. I said I wanted them to send me a new one and I would send it back. They said no can do. I ended up contacting Amazon and getting a full refund. Yeah, screw Dyson.

Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link. I think it’s from 2016? The filters are a continuing cost but overall very happy with it.

Dyson is pretty solid i guess, just buy it from their own store. Not 3rd party. The hot+cool one is a really good machine, the best tbh. I would trust a company with research done enough to be confident with launching 1 product worldwide for a year, than a company that launches 10 products in a local market with 0 research.

Hp 07, going strong 5 years, filter standard is at least 3 times better than avg products. If you generally purchase any other dyson product, they offer a filter etc or other relevant accessory to your product, so i have an extra filter at no cost, like that. Solid machines 100%. Hot one is good, cuz its about the control of hotness that makes is so much better than a heater that is always 100% on, so its very flexible that ways.

Its just like a bit cool than your room air, not at all comparable to ac or cooler. But it does throw like 3-4 degree cooler air even in the hottest weather.

i splurged and got the dyson air purifier that also works as a fan and space heater. personally, it was well worth the investment. i'm able to monitor the air quality, humidify and temperature in my home through an app.

Yes I have two and sold a third. I also have a Molekule but prefer the Dyson especially since it’s easy to transport when I travel and the remote comes in handy to not have to use WiFi when traveling. The fact it has heat and cool too just make it a win win!

We have the Dyson HP07 Hot and Cool Purifier and it operates flawlessly. They are a little pricey but we are pleased with the performance.

I actually have a HP07 in the same room as my C610. I have to vacuum the Winix about once a month and can tell it's collecting dust. I don't see any dust on the Dyson Filter, just laying on the outside of the unit.

I have a hot/cold Dyson that runs daily. I got it in 2020 and if my house were on fire, I would save my fan!

Just never buy from blue air directly. They won’t help up if a package is lost. I’ve used a few other smart purifiers. The Dyson ones suck at dust and the smart part works with Alexa and google home only and it’s very buggy. It needs to be reconnected often. Just got a lg 360 and it’s good other than the wifi module in the unit. It loses connection frequently and also is limited to their app. It briefly worked in Alexa and google home but often non responsive. It does have built in air quality sensor though. We also had a blue air sense model several years ago. That was one of their first smart models. It had to get WiFi reset about once a year and didn’t support a lot of integrations. Eventually the WiFi module failed on it. We have business grade wifi (Cisco Meraki mr56 x 2 APs). so it’s not like budget consumer WiFi routers.
