Purifier Hot+Cool HP09

Oh, fuck no. As an owner of four of these things, they’re some of my most regretted purchases. They have a laughably low CFM, are stupid loud on even medium speeds, develop squeaky bearings within months, the filters are expensive as shit, and the software sucks. Seriously, do not buy one of these. Edit: I have two TP07s, an HP04, and an HP09. They all suck equally.

We've got a Dyson HP09, I've integrated with Home Assistant, so it will turn on or off automatically if the air quality drops (while I'm cooking), then on and off during certain times when I turn the room's lights on or off. Haven't don't much more than that but it's a great bit of kit, and also looks good in the room

We ended up buying a Dyson because we wanted a air purifier / tall fan and the ability to control it from our phones / set a schedule for the fan. I don’t think anyone necessarily needs an air purifier that fancy though if it is purely to get dog smells out. 

i splurged and got the dyson air purifier that also works as a fan and space heater. personally, it was well worth the investment. i'm able to monitor the air quality, humidify and temperature in my home through an app.

Its great that Dyson is able to combine all these feature into one product but it doesn’t do the best job with air purification. Had a tower fan with air purification and the sensor failed in 9 months. Instead of replacing the sensor, the service center determined that it is easier to give us a replacement unit but only honor the original one year warranty.
