I personally use 2 [Govee Air Purifiers](http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYH6LC6Q/ref=twister_B0DPX1BJNW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1). There is a version with or without the PM2.5 sensor, but it's pretty cheap and works for me! Note: You can only use their [filters](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4QK69Z1?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder_k0_1_12&=&crid=30T7P4962EEWL&sprefix=govee%2Bfilter&th=1) when it's time to replace. I haven't found any alternatives myself, but it's not too expensive.
I don't know if they're quality, but i have multiple Govee air purifiers around the house. I have two or three of the small ones and two of the larger ones with the sensors in them. They helped cut down on pet/basement odors.
Yep I have a Govee 150$ one w the particulate sensor very clutch
I'm not some sort of expert, but the Govee smart air purifiers are really convenient. Look nice, move a lot of air, and based on the fact one of em completely saturated the filter with cat litter dust, I trust that it filters stuff out effectively. Have one in my office and at the door to the cat litter room.
I've got 2 Govee's that usually run in low to keep the animal smell down. I'll turn them to high if we're cooking with oil at high temp and they seem to help a lot. I've been running them both in medium with the smoke and I think they help my wife who has very mild asthma.
I have five and will be getting another when the filter lifespan in my Govee purifier runs out. The Thorbolt locks that use the same app are stellar, as well.

They sync with an app that I already had on my phone, Govee. They also connect to WiFi so that you can control them even when you’re not at home. I can see a difference in my home, with me having three large dogs. There is also a small slot where you can add essential oils, if you would like. As far as vacuums..I have a Bissel, but I will be switching over to Dyson soon.
Im uk based and use a govee unit which is pretty cheap at the moment on amazon - only problem is new filters almost cost the same! Im near my printer while working and find it helps. The biggest issue I have is during print start up. It seems to stink and I think gives me a sore throat (with pla). I try and time a print starting with getting a coffee and rely on the purifier to sort it out. I also combine with a dehumidifier. Summer is a lot easier! I didn't notice a big difference with petg.
I love mine. I have one on each floor. I use govee. It also makes less work on your AC and heating units.
I like my govee ones with the gove2mqtt addons but I think levoit is native
