"Sorry for not giving specifics earlier. Isn't my 100s adequate? It seems to be on the lower end of space sizes where rates of air purification are stated. ... Can't return it. Just use a window AC unit. I have to research CADR ... Thanks. Nowhere else to need to move it to in my tiny place lol. Too bad the 100s is too new to want to replace and too old to return (bought last fall)."
"It's a great little machine, but the key word is "little." ... it's too small for the downstairs."
"I know this is an old comment but I have the vital 100s in our large bedroom and dust still accumulates. ... It seems to help a bit but regular dusting is still required."

"They’re not quiet either."
"However, reviewers have noted that the Vital 200S is the better choice over the 100S due to being quieter, more power efficient, and larger."
"I just use them on manual and they are totally fine, a bit noisy though."

"I’m using levoit filters at home and they’re fine and the 2.5 levels are very low. I can also connect them to home assistant which is a big plus for me so I can monitor the filter level(though I’m guessing this is just an arbitrary use based calculation). But I do regret buying them due to the replacement thing."
"the levoit filters were expensive to replace."
"I have a levoit air purifier and I find filters expensive"
If you get levoit gotta get the 100S or 200S 200S is better just pricer tho we had wild fire smokes for months in Ontario and I am allergic to dust the 100S served me well, I wish I had gone with 200S but was just to much at the time
r/AirPurifiers • 2 air purifiers for max $250 ->Levoit 100S Vital. They sell for about $100 on Amazon Resale under "like new." I have good experience buying via Amazon Resale. And if there's an issue, returns are easy.
r/AirPurifiers • air purifier for college dorm ->I think this gets overstated. The Core series pre-filter just comes with the filter. It’s not much harder to vacuum those than the separate ones in the flat panel units. I say this an owner of Cores, Vitals and an EverestAir.
r/AirPurifiers • I have heard that levoit is not that good but for this price I plan on buying 3 ->I got the Vital 100s for my room which is like 3x the price and size, but I got to say I absolutely love it and can notice a difference within only a week. People say Levoit is cheap, but I'm sure these are fine for someone wanting to casually clean the air. How big is your room though? You may not get many air changes per hour with this, through my short research recently it seems like you really want to go larger than youd think.
r/AirPurifiers • Is this worth the money ? ->I realize the purchase has already been made, but since I own the Levoit Vital 100s, I wanted to chime in. I've really enjoyed that it's Alexa compatible. I set up a routine so that when I tell her goodnight, she turns all the downstairs lights off and turns the air purifier on high so that I have cleaner air and a white noise machine to fall asleep to. Another routine sets it to Auto about the time I wake up. It's a great little machine, but the key word is "little." It seems perfect for a bedroom and I may get another for my home office but it's too small for the downstairs.
r/AirPurifiers • My cat has environmental allergies, so I'm looking for a purifier to ease her symptoms. Is a Levoit 100s a good fit? ->Yes I just edited my post with that information. It's a Levoit floor model.
r/AirPurifiers • Even with my air purifier I'm struggling with wildfire smoke ->Sorry for not giving specifics earlier. Isn't my 100s adequate? It seems to be on the lower end of space sizes where rates of air purification are stated. I can upgrade if necessary Thank you all for your help!
r/AirPurifiers • Even with my air purifier I'm struggling with wildfire smoke ->It's the vital 100s. I haven't been running the fan high enough for one thing. How is the 200s filter different? Couldn't I use a second smaller unit on the other side of my space to supplement? Might not be practical I suppose Cheers
r/AirPurifiers • Even with my air purifier I'm struggling with wildfire smoke ->\^ this. I bought two, very happy with auto mode, which auto-adjusts fan speed based on air quality measurements (not sure how accurate, but good enough for home use). Comes with an app where you can schedule fan speed per your preferences. I'm very sensitive to noise at night and sleep with mine in the room, cannot tell it's there. PS: Filters are inexpensive - just search on amazon. You'll need to replace them at a frequency of 6-12 months, depending on usage.
r/dubai • Best Room Air Purifier available in UAE ->Levoit Vital 100s or 200s are great inexpensive air purifiers. I also have one in each room. They fit up against the wall nicely, and make hardly any noise.
r/CatAdvice • I regret adopting new cat. I'm allergic to the recent adopted cat, and now all the cats are bonded. ->Levoit 100S is the best. I keep it next to my cat's litter.
r/AirPurifiers • thoughts and reviews? ->I just got the levoit 100s a couple weeks ago (I’ve had the mini ones forever but needed an upgrade) and I absolutely love it so far. Very effective and I like the features. It’s not too bulky either
r/Rabbits • Your sign to get an air purifier ->Some purifiers are common enough that other companies make cheaper versions of filters, so certainly check for replacement filter costs. I bought a Levoit Vital 100S, which is larger and more expensive than the Core 300, but it also has a washable pre-filter and the running costs are cheaper.
r/AskUK • Can anyone recommend an air purifier for a small room? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
