The MA-50 has more than enough power for what you’re looking for and is essentially silent at levels 1 and 2, and is a very reasonable volume at level 3 (level 4 is extremely loud but you shouldn’t need it for a room that size).

Just make sure you get one that can actually clean the size of the space it will be in. The downside is buying the filters, but I find it worth the cost, and you can find cheaper, off-brand filters on Amazon.
