For a space that large (and assuming 8 ft ceilings) you’ll likely need at least two high CADR units to hit the recommended 5 air exchanges per hour. If you don’t care about looks or HEPA, Air Fanta 3 Pro could be a good option. Another (sleeker and HEPA H13 filters) option would be Medify MA-50. Is there a particular reason you want a purifier (allergies, smoke, odors, etc)?

We bought a Medify MA50 about 2 years ago, and the dust and pollen collection is outstanding. I thought that I would have to buy 2, but 1 is adequate for our home.

We bought a Medify MA50 and it has really helped with the pollen and our dark hardwood floors are a lot less dusty.

Our hardwood floors stay dust free for weeks with our Medify MA50 which is pretty incredible.

I really like my Medify Air purifiers, but also hear very good things about Coway. Medify has pretty good sales a couple times a year, if you sign up for their email list. I especially like the MA-50 because at level 3 (not 4), it’s still doing a lot of CADR but is a very reasonable volume; I’m really sound sensitive, and I can have it going while watching TV or holding a conversation and have no problem.

I use MedifyAir. For the bedroom there are options of either MA-12 or MA-14 as they cover 203 sq ft in 30 mins. (I use MA-14). They have different size options for your basement maybe get [MA-50-V3.0 Air Purifier](https://medifyair.com/products/ma-50-air-purifier) that covers 1,320 sq ft in 30 mins. I end up wiping the dust off with a tissue maybe a month or two in, and end up using the filter extra as it fills out more rather than changing every 3 months on the dot. This also depends on use -- if for living room change it on proper schedule if it runs 24/7. I am not sure if there are washable filter options for air filters (only for vacuum cleaners).

I have tried and gotten rid of Bluair and levoit- just inadequate performance and louder than I like. I replaced them with Medify and have been very happy with the switch. If memory serves I have an ma-50 in the living room and ma-40 is each bedroom
