Congratulations man, my mom has asthma, I got it a few years ago, things are so much better now. Make sure to clean the pre filter and the filter with vacuum cleaner every few weeks. Also run it on the max setting, don't use AUTO.
No, I use coway Airmega 150 and Phillips 1215/50
I'm have the following purifiers for my family of 5. Phillips 2887 and 1215. Mi Purifiers 2, 3 and 4. Coway Airmega 150 and Qubo 1000C. Not sure about replacing filters every 3 months. We clean it once a fortnight or month depending on the pollution. Mi and Qubo give filter replacement alarms. They say 9000 hours to 15000 hours. So not sure how you came up with 3 months. 90 days x 24 hours is about 2k hours of filter use only. I've placed the Phillips 1215 in the kitchen to reduce pollution in the rest of the house. I didn't think much about Co2 but will see if I can monitor. I counter room cooling with a oil based heater since it doesn't alter the room humidity unlike convection based heaters.
I got a Philips AC1215 a while back, and yeah, the air feels noticeably cleaner after running it for a few hours.
Cuckoo has more cadr. Coway had a good cadr too My sharp model didn’t have a pm2.5 sensor but. Pm10 sensor. But it filters well. Somehow Philips have been decent but I’m not happy with the way the repair just recommends pcb change for any errors that the electronics throw Also stay away from Qubo. Horrible customer support and build quality. Any specific question? Please feel free to ask
One is a generic Chinese brand and the other is kinda reputed I personally use Philips one and it’s being going good. Philips ones also have a PM2.5 display
