Based on 1 year's data from Feb 24, 2026 How it works
lemme share some of the research I did while choosing mine 3ish weeks ago. What you want to look at is CADR. This is measured in m3/hr so ideally you could simplify your search and choose the highest number you find in your range. The Sq ft number is not reliable in Delhi in my opinion. As my budget was also 20K i short listed the following based on what was available at local retailers nearby: 1. Honeywell P2 - 550 CADR 2. Phillips 4221/61 - 600CADR (I bought this) 3. Qubo 1000 - 600 CADR 4. Honeywell U1 - 700 CADR. (most expensive) Most people would be okay with a 550 CADR but my room is tall so i still see the AQI go to 200 at full.
I have Phillips, Mi, Qubo and Coway. For your use, I'd recommend Qubo Q1000. Second choice will be Mi. Phillips is expensive for their CADR. And maybe later a smaller Coway 150 to complement it.
I'm have the following purifiers for my family of 5. Phillips 2887 and 1215. Mi Purifiers 2, 3 and 4. Coway Airmega 150 and Qubo 1000C. Not sure about replacing filters every 3 months. We clean it once a fortnight or month depending on the pollution. Mi and Qubo give filter replacement alarms. They say 9000 hours to 15000 hours. So not sure how you came up with 3 months. 90 days x 24 hours is about 2k hours of filter use only. I've placed the Phillips 1215 in the kitchen to reduce pollution in the rest of the house. I didn't think much about Co2 but will see if I can monitor. I counter room cooling with a oil based heater since it doesn't alter the room humidity unlike convection based heaters.
Qubo Q1000 has an unmatched CADR for the price. It can cover a greater area. Mi app is better than Qubo.
Yes. Discontinued but filters available easily. Phillips doesn't remind me to replace filters. It just goes F0 and you clean filters and put them back. Which is a boon and bane. I would still recommend Qubo cause of its CADR and coverage..that's the main thing afterall.
I recommend Qubo Q1000 because of its coverage.
I have been using the Qubo Q1000 since one year. Not had any major issues.
They claim 10000 hours or something but I changed it after an year. It was 4.5k
Living Room - Qubo Q1000. I am using it since Oct24 when it was launched. Not had any issues. Changed filter in Oct25. Bedroom - I use Xiaomi 4, similar decent experience. Ordered a Dyson Hushjet recently, will get today. Will update on how it is
If you don't mind the high price but prioritize features such as a fully-sealed HEPA H13 filter (something that's mandatory), oscillation, and entire-room heating, capturing extremely small particles, go for the [Dyson Air Purifier Hot+Cool](https://amzn.to/3L87KQQ) Choose [Qubo Q1000](https://amzn.to/3JiHwux) if you want a high CADR device with best in-class CADR of 600 m³/hr and great for cleaning large spaces around 1000 sq. ft. It also automatically adjusts the fan speed and mode based on real-time AQI levels using AI technology, and also comes with a 4-layer True HEPA H13 filtration to remove maximum pollutants If you prefer something that's not noisy, easy filter replacement, and excellent value for money product with a good cleaning rate, you can go for the [Coway 250](https://amzn.to/4ntdeTv). High CADR of 400+ m³/hr. Overall, great balance of performance and low noise (as low as 22 dB). If you're looking for a cheaper option and also quick air purification, you have [Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4](https://amzn.to/47mJ66s). Good value for money for those living in high-pollution places with features such as app control, smart scheduling, and 360-degree air intake. High CADR 397 m³/hr [Philips Air Purifier Series 2000](https://amzn.to/3Lcnfr7) for good filtration, available spare parts, and a decent CADR of 380 m³/hr. Good for capturing ultra-fine particles as small as 0.003 microns, making it excellent for specific allergy needs and quiet operation.
Used qubo levoit and both were trash. Now I ordered Eureka Forbes. Let's see how that performs
Used it all night. Small room but still i couldn't see any difference in the air quality. Even doors were shut so no outside pollution too.
another solid option is qubo. and if you really want a simple device with no automation or app or sensors... smartair is my personal choice but not everyone like simple devices.
I have a nutripro purifier , not this model though. It works pretty well. It doesn’t have an auto mode or AQI display though. I have an AQI monitor so I have been able to measure the AQI in the room where I have the nutripro one. The AQI is consistently under 25. I’m quite happy with the purchase. For reference, I have a coway, a qubo and a Honeywell purifier as well. I don’t see any difference between them and nutripro in terms of purification. It doesn’t have the other bells and whistles, but then it’s cheap.
Fuck Qubo unreliable sensors and shitty support
bro, listen, these purifiers are basically a fan and a filter. So don't go after a big brand; they sell at a high price, and it works the same. Make sure to filter with HEPA and check your room area, and buy accordingly. Qubo is affordable as per my experience, also buy one with an AQI display in the machine itself, so that you don't have to check the mobile app to know the indoor AQI. also check the filter replacement cost.
I'm using qubo. Works fine but is noisy when fan is at full speed
