Electronic-Owl1429 1.0I use a couple of Winix air purifiers from Costco. I have also used a Shark 3 in 1 clean sense. Both have HEPA filters and work well and are also pretty quiet, no problem with running them while I sleep.
Dapper_Ice_1705 0.1I got a great Black Friday deal on the Shark Max last year. No apps and filters seem to be available through Shark and third parties easily. Yet to see how long it will last but I don’t do see any issues.

I have one cat and two dogs and I popped the cover off and clean the pre-screen. It tells me enough to know that it’s doing something amazing. I vacuum daily because I am horrified by potential animal smell, and the debris and dust. I decided I needed another for the back portion of the house and I got a shark air max which should theoretically cover a lot more area . I adore shark vacuums because they do well by my long coat dogs. Fast-forward two weeks, I returned the shark and got another Coway. If you have pets, that washable pre-filter is invaluable.

amphetaminesfailure 0.0I have two Shark ones too, I'm happy with them. One is also near my cat's litter box, mainly because I'm super paranoid about my house smelling for guests. I've visited too many homes over the years that look clean, but are definitely smelly. I know when you're the one living there, you don't even notice it. Just a recommendation as a fellow cat owner though, I switched to pine pellets a year and a half ago and there is almost NO smell from the litter box, it really absorbs the urine. Added bonus there's no dust like with clay ones (I don't trust the even the ones that claim they are "dust free". I just bought a Shark air purifier and it’s near the kitchen. No more food smells lingering in the kitchen. It does NOT like sauerkraut, burnt eggs or fried tortillas 😆
