Disastrous_Address99 0.1Yes. I have Mi 2 air purifier. It is a simple tech, you can change the filter by yourself, and clean the existing filters to give it some more extend life. Only issue is the stock availability of the machine.
graynoize8 0.1I added all my Xiaomi ones - 1st gen, 2nd gen and 4 Pro - to Apple Home via Homebridge. Kinda straightforward and expose data like temperature, humidity, air quality to Apple Home too.
Readreadlearnlearn 0.1I have a bunch of Xiaomi air purifiers (2, 2S, 3C, etc) one for each of my rooms and they work well. Tested with an IQAir and Qingping air quality meters. I would just get Xiaomi if they are more accessible / cheaper / have cheaper filters in your region
