Ikea high chair is actually great and not too expensive. We got almost everything second hand from facebook buy nothing groups and marketplace. That being said, there is improved quality with more expensive items but this is true even if you get them second hand! For example, we got a babytrend jogging stroller travel system second hand and it was great for a year but the wheel stopped working, got a used chicco for a little more money which was a little better, and then ended up with a free Thule jogging stroller that a neighbor was giving away. Wow, the quality was soooo much better in almost every feature. But in my mind not worth the couple more hundred bucks to buy it new. Lots of good deals too during holidays and prime days so thats when we bought some things like a Graco extend2fit car seat. Most of the cost seems to go into the ease of use and quality of materials. For example, the buckle system was just easier to use in the Graco instead of the baby trend which made my life a lot easier but would I pay $1000 for small features like that? probably not.

I would go with the Bob. We had a Baby Trend single jogging stroller that lasted us for 7 years with lots of use. It needed some basic maintenance here and there, but otherwise was totally fine. I got a Baby Jogger double jogging stroller (which I would say is pretty comparable to a Bob) second hand and was blown away with how much nicer everything was — the braking, the handling, all of it. It was a dream!

With my 2 under 2, I found it easier to baby wear the youngest for the first 8ish months. I’d put the older one in the single stroller or cart when we were shopping. With my older 2 kids (28 months apart) we definitely used the double stroller for walks in the summer. I have a baby trend expedition single and double. I think the double was only like $200. I’ve had it for almost 3 years and it’s held up really well. I ended up with 3 under 4 and if I had known I’d have 3 kids so close, I wish I would have gone right for the 4 seater wagon.

Took [this ](https://x.com/DealHopperHQ/status/1964932393074344004)out in the park yesterday. It’s smooth, sturdy, and my toddler passed out in it without protest. Worth every penny for walk-ups.

I got a baby trend jogging stroller and car seat combo at Target for $150. It's now $200. But it's good, it's light weight and fairly compact. Graco is also a good brand.

I have a babytrend jogger stroller/travel system and love it. Wasn’t even going for something like this initially but my bestie passed me hers. Highly recommend. Jogging stroller in general tho, big wheels handle sidewalks a lot easier. Eta: I believe mine is an older version of the babytrend expedition

I have one 10 month old. I have a Joovy Balloon lightweight stroller, a babytrend jogging stroller, and a big plastic radio flyer wagon. We use the jogging stroller most of the time (the sidewalks around here aren’t very smooth). The Joovy only really gets used at like the mall. Haven’t taken the wagon out much bc she’s still kinda small for it.

I really wanted the bugaboo donkey but couldn’t justify spending nearly 3k for the whole kit (that also included car seats so I’m sure it’ll be cheaper without). We went with the mockingbird single to double stroller and with the second seat, baby inserts for the seats, and car seat adapters it came to about $800. I really like it! Because the babies are one in front of the other rather than side to side it is narrow and fits through any door. I will say that it is long and you can’t see the baby in the farthest seat unless you peek around, so that’s just something to consider. Despite those drawbacks, I like it! It rides very smooth and I live in a major city with messed up sidewalks and it does just fine. Also - the babytrend car seat stroller is a great option to just have in the car. It was like $80 at Walmart and has been great for doctors visits and any time you need to get somewhere quick. It also folds down very small so it doesn’t take up a lot of trunk space. Like others have said, multiple options is key! Good luck :)

We always loved our Baby Trend jogging stroller. It’s certainly not one of the fanciest, or most expensive, but it was sturdy and lasted us years. We brought it to Disney multiple times. It was comfortable for both me and my husband to push, despite him being a foot taller than me.

I got a baby trend jogger set off Amazon. I liked the bike tires instead of normal foam tires on the stroller. It makes for a smoother ride for baby, especially if you are in a more rural area.
