Everyone is so different and if I had to do it over again I would make different decisions haha. I didn't end up using my fancy big twin stroller barely at all in the first 6 months (was sooo heavy, had stairs) and instead used the very basic snap'n go twin framed stroller because I could stick their infant car seats in there (had Chiccos, I think). So when they were napping, it was so much easier to transfer them that way. Got it off another twin mom for $40. The first two strollers you posted look a lot like my "big" stroller. I like the look of the Zoe twin more tbh (wasn't available here at the time I don't think, but I live in Canada so don't have as much selection) We did make ourselves use the big double stroller (it was a top bottom one, not side-to-side\_ but it just really hurt my back hoofing it around everywhere and eventually, I just stopped beating myself up over the $$$, haha and sold it. Hated the stupid adapters, lol. Wish I had never bought it! haha. Our favourite stroller was a super cheap delta side-by-side because it was SO light and we could travel with it, I think they went in there around 6-8 months? One of my other twin mom friends had the same situation and she converted to a bike stroller instead. Again, everyone is different. I borrowed a Maclaren side-by-side and also really enjoyed that one. I honestly would not rush to buy a stroller at all unless you see a crushing sale or someone else is buying it for you. Used twin strollers are super discounted as well, or last season, etc. That said, what works for one family might not work for another. A lot of people baby carry in the beginning as well, though it's trickier with twins. Good luck, welcome to the club! :)

We have the bumbleride indie twin stroller and absolutely love it! Love the air tires for some off roading even though we live in the city. Never know when you might need it. We were also in between the bugaboo donkey and the mountain buggy twin because of the ability to collapse it to a single stroller plus a little side room. Ultimately decide the bugaboo donkey was too expensive and took too much time to set up and take down from the car. We weren’t sure about the quality of the mountain buggy due to reviews, and we had tested the bumbleride in person and could attest to the quality. Watching videos of set up and take down was beneficial to us. We also considered the Zoe twin but ultimately decided we wanted better tires and the ability to use the bassinets in the stroller when they were infants. The Zoe twin is supposed to be really light. We also got a free stroller baby trend snap and go double stroller from a fb group - definitely recommend especially for solo trips to doctor offices and even used it in the airport. But I don’t know if I would buy it outright based on how much we used it. We tried to save as much money as possible because babies cost a lot haha. We used the Nestig mini crib that converts to a crib then to a toddler bed. Loved that it’s on wheels so could wheel from nursery to our bed room during day/night. Highly recommend! I had read a Reddit review on quality and decided against it and then months later ended up getting it. It’s been excellent quality for us! Wish I didn’t read that review and hadn’t wasted so much time trying to think of different options. Absolutely swear by this crib. Another pillow idea is the twin go pillow. We used it for both nursing and bottle feeding and then tummy time. I like how it can be separated into 2 different “boppies” vs the twin go stays as one. We were fortunate to get ours free again off fb so highly recommend looking on fb. I know a lot of ppl swear by the twin z and the table for two especially if bottle feeding. If you’re trying to save money, I would say wait and see what your needs are. Baby toys and equipment and clothes pile up so fast. We have the twin go baby carrier and love that it can be used as single carriers for my husband and I and then one can wear 2 of them. I would say it’s not a must if you already have another carrier or if you know that both you and your husband will often be together with the babies. I think I’ve used the double option once. I also had big babies so that’s something to consider that they’re only going to get bigger than how heavy they are right now while pregnant so you might use the stroller more than wearing both at the same time. Anywho, I think the cost of the twin go is similar to 2 ergo babies or maybe even less, so you could buy 2 other types of carriers or buy the twin go and have the option to wear both if needed. Also I love the woolino sleep sack. It’s about $100 but lasts from 2 months to 2 years old. We bought 4, and we haven’t had to worry about them growing out of a sleep sack and having too big a collection of sleep sacks. Highly recommend it to help cut down on all the clutter and also the amazing properties of merino wool if you’re into that haha.

We have the Graco Snugfit car seats and the Baby Trend Snap-n-Go Double Stroller for all things grocery store, museums, etc.; for newborns twins up through 7 months it has been an absolute lifesaver. It also allows me as mom to get the kids in and out of the store on my own and very confidently. Frame is SUPER lightweight. For our neighborhood outings we have the Mockingbird 2.0 with two seats, two infant inserts and a bassinette. Price point was doable and it folds down to get up our three steps into the house (pain in the butt to put together each time BUT really great for city walks and we don't have a garage to store). It has great storage underneath and I bought a universal cupholder/phone holder to go with it. I was walking 20-25 miles a week with it as soon as I was cleared (before snow prevented long walks) and it has held up!

I have a 3.5 yo that is still in a 5-pointer, and didn’t want to go infant seat-car seat, and still wanted 3-across. I went with the Baby Trend Cover Me car seat asa 4-in-1 convertible option that is narrow (4 lbs min safe limit), but also has a canopy on it. For “stroller”, I went with Baby Trend Snap-N-Go® Double Stroller. The car seat will snap onto the frame making it a stroller, and has a weight limit of 45lbs per holder and I believe the total recommended load is ~80lbs. In all, this combined option is <$400. As you’re starting w/ Graco, I’d double check to see how/if these work for your vehicle. I have a 7-passenger, so I have more flexibility, I just wanted to simplify car seat and early stroller options.

Hi!! I have eight month old twins, seven months adjusted. We ended up with the baby trend SNAP and go stroller for doctors appointments, errands, anything where I don’t want to take them out of their car seat. We have the Zoe twin V2 stroller for everything else, like the zoo, walks in the park, theme parks, anything where they will be in it for more than an hour. We began using the Zoe stroller as soon as they had adequate head control, and have loved both, but for entirely different purposes! A side-by-side stroller either doesn’t fit both car seats or does not fit through a standard doorway (like the Zoe does). I had done a lot of research into side-by-side versus front and back for a good long-term stroller, and I found that a lot of parents of twins stated that the front and back led to fights down the line with who got the coveted front seat and who got the seat behind. I also know that in some front and back long-term strollers, you have to constantly lift your toddler in and out of the backseat, which sounds fine for a baby, but not something I want to be doing for my 3 to 5 year-old boys in the future.

I’m 23 weeks and made my registry recently. The whole stroller situation confused the heck out of me for weeks. I read every post in here I could find and asked all the twin moms I could find (lots of friends of friends)! Here is what I settled on: The baby trend snap and go double frame — I imagine I’ll mostly use this at the beginning. It’s just a frame the car seats snap into. It seems like the easiest / least expensive solution for quick trips to the doctor, groceries, work, etc. The bumbleride indie twin double jogging stroller — it’s a side by side but everyone says it fits through most doors, aisles, etc. I wanted something that I could have for several years but could also use right away and something that would work well on a variety of terrains (I live near a series of trails that go through the woods). It lays nearly flat so you can theoretically use it as a bassinet without having to buy a bassinet attachment. I also assume that we’ll probably wind up with more strollers as they get older and/or our needs change. Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a single stroller solution here — I think most (every?) twin parent winds up with multiple strollers and just switches as the situation changes the need.

Mine are 6.5 months. We still just have the babytrend snap n go double. It’s a frame you stick the infant bucket seats in. It’s $80-100. I felt totally overwhelmed by strollers so just stuck with the frame and gave myself time to live with twins to get a better sense of what I (and they) might prefer. We’re doing a beach trip next month and renting a wagon. If they like the wagon, I might just get a wagon as the next stroller 🤷🏻‍♀️
