I had a pram where baby was buckled in while lying flat when she was a newborn (Yoyo3 with newborn pack) and it was completely fine, she never had any issues. I actually liked it bc my pram steering sucks lol

FTM and I just got a convertible car seat (Graco 4 in 1) and travel stroller (yoyo3) with newborn and standard packs. Works for me. I don't mind unclipping baby to put him in the stroller or a carrier for errands.

Love my vista 2! Bubs is one now and we go out everyday for walks. The basket is amazing for doing short grocery runs or just over packing to go out to places. It is heavy and it hardly fit in the hatchback, so we upgraded to mid size suv and it’s much easier to take in and out of the car now. I do have a smaller pram (yoyo3) which lives in the car now. Very happy both prams and use them both a lot. Would highly recommend getting them of FB marketplace

Love love love our Clek Liing- it’s super well made and the best part is it’s super easy to unzip all of the fabric off to throw in the washing machine. We got ours on Albee Baby for a pretty good discount not on black friday. I have no complaints! We are also city people so I only have a travel stroller (Stokke Yoyo with additional bassinet) that I use and the Clek clicks right into it

Yoyo babyzen stroller (I think it’s called stokes now?) is the best. It’s pricey but it’s pretty useful. It’s compact, comfortable and can be taken as cabin bag in all flights (across airlines). [Mine lasted for 3.5years coz my kid decided he is too big for strollers now 😆] But as other comments have mentioned - unless the parents specifically know that you are giving a stroller, it’s better to give gift cards/cash (if that’s okay - like in my culture we do give cash directly) to them. Very useful for new parents to have that kind of flexibility to buy what they need.

I am very happy with our Yoyo3, but the Joolz Aer+ or Aer2 seem great and have a better fold. I love the compactness of the Yoyo and ease of carrying it. I don’t mind the fold, but it’s a lot clunkier than some others. The Butterfly 2 is a beautiful stroller but was too heavy/bulky by comparison. The Yoyo basket is a bit awkward to stuff things in, but the extra pockets in the back of the seat are so great and more useable than some other brands’.

I love the Bugaboo Butterfly as a lightweight stroller and it has a larger basket than the Yoyo. One thing I'll say about the Uppababy Minu is that when it's folded, the bottom of the seat faces out and gets exposed to the outside (if that makes sense) so I feel like it's easier for it to get dirty.
