We have a Bombi Bebee V2 and it has been the best decision! It’s incredibly lightweight like I can carry my 36lb toddler and the stroller downstairs together no problem, it’s got a very easy one hand fold/unfold. We live in the New England area so snow has happened almost every day and we’ve had zero issues and that’s with the basic wheels we do plan to upgrade to the bigger wheels they sell but for now we’re fine. It has plenty of storage, an extra large canopy, you can get lots of different accessories often on sale or part of a bundle (highly recommend the snack tray). I would also suggest checking out The Stroller Mom on YouTube she breaks down all the travel strollers and she often has discount codes!
I would have gotten the Bombi Bebee V2! It fits multiples different car seats and is incredibly lightweight and compact, we got one for our daughter before she turned 1 and it’s been the best stroller ever!!!
It doesn’t have a bassinet unfortunately, we actually only used our bassinet once I wasn’t a fan and neither was baby. Obviously that’s a personal preference though, I would check out The Stroller Mom on YouTube she does great honest reviews of literally every stroller, that’s how I discovered the Bombi. If by chance your interested in more lightweight compact strollers I would check out Joie strollers and Zoe strollers I believe both of them either have bassinet attachments or the stroller fully reclines flat and is set up to transform into a bassinet!
Check out the Bombee V2! It’s lightweight, compact and has an awesome easy one hand fold and unfold. We took ours on our first family trip last summer and with the car seat, 2 suitcases, cooler, bag of toys and the stroller we still had plenty of room!
So we have the Bombi and absolutely love it! We actually preordered the new V3 to upgrade but ended up getting the wagon instead because it’ll last us longer with our 2.5yr old. The Bombi is very terrain friendly we’ve had it in dirt, sand, snow and we’ve never had any issues. The storage is plenty for us I can fit our diaper bag and several other small items no problem, it comes with a bumper bar but I would highly suggest getting the snack tray as well. The V2 doesn’t have a completely flat recline but the new V3 does and is rated from birth to 55lbs, both have adjustable footrests and AMAZING xl canopy’s for sun protection. The fold/unfold is the best I can do if one had in seconds, it’s extremely lightweight like I have no issue carrying it and my 33lbs toddler downstairs at the same time. I would check out The Stroller Mom on YouTube she does honest reviews of just about every travel stroller out there that’s how I ended up with the Bombi!
We have the Bombi Bebee V2 and we love it! It has a super easy one hand fold/unfold, lightweight, plenty of storage space and it folds up compact to take up less space. They actually just came out with the V3 and we were debating upgrading to it but decided with a 2yr old it made more sense to get their new wagon! I think they’re going for $225 preorder right now with a bonus snack tray but you can find lots of codes for $20 off!
We have the Bombi Bebee V2 and we absolutely love it!! It’s compact, one handed fold/unfold, great on all terrains and has an amazing XL sunshade. The V2 has a near flat recline but they just came out with the V3 that has many new awesome upgrades including being for birth-55lbs with a built in bassinet option! Bombi also has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
Seconding the Bombi V3!! We have the V2 and absolutely love it, we even preordered the V3 then they announced their wagon and we got that instead. The V3 is compact with an amazing fold/unfold, xl sun canopy, adjustable footrest and a flat recline with option to make it into a bassinet making it suitable for newborn-55lbs!
I have a [bombi](https://bombigear.com/products/bebee-lightweight-travel-stroller?variant=42614341828790&country=US¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&tw_source=google&tw_adid=721196113882&tw_campaign=21904770230&tw_kwdid=pla-2430160465087&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21904770230&gclid=CjwKCAiAybfLBhAjEiwAI0mBBr5G1Sy16pBDQRVo0It358Ph2y3PUg4conhGUmu5Z2hjuhzwDz7FbhoChwQQAvD_BwE) that’s been great for us daily and for travel. One handed fold, travel bag included. A bit heavy for some - 17 pounds. I think it fits in the overhead but I’ve always gate-checked which i prefer when traveling solo. You’re not using it on the plane and anything that makes getting seated easier was worth it for me
I just got the Bombi after using the Colugo travel stroller for a few years. I LOVE the Bombi and will be using it instead of my UB Cruz as my every day stroller. I got the snack tray which is a huge upgrade, and the basket is really spacious. Whenever we’ve flown I have gate checked, I’ve never been compelled to drag a stroller on the plane with me. I got it open box for $150 but definitely would pay more for it.
I just got a Bombi travel stroller, and I love it! It has a snack tray, large basket, easy to buckle, and one hand fold. I got it open box for $150 (plus the snack tray).
I have a Bombi travel stroller and reach for that 95% of the time. The only time I’ve used my Cruz in the last 6 months was when we went to a farm, even then I wish I brought the jogging stroller instead! I got the Bombi for like $150 - it’s not perfect but I’m incredibly happy with it, and the basket fits my giant diaper bag (filled with toddler toys and snacks).
You actually don't have to push a button or pull a lever at all! You just hold the bar and kinda throw the stroller in front of you and it opens automatically !
Sadly you can either have: A. Bulky, heavier, good suspension, good for mixed terrain OR B. Lightweight, smaller wheels, more bumpy, not good on mixed terrain, small fold I have done so much research and tried so many and they just do not exist all in one. I do firmly believe that the top "best of both worlds" strollers with a bassinet/pramette attachment option are the Joolz Aer 2 and the Uppababy Minu V3. However, both of these are more expensive. For a more budget option, bombi bebee V2 or Ergo Metro 3. Once you pick a stroller, just look what car seats they are compatible with and just get the most affordable one. All car seats are held to the same safety standards.
Was looking at the Minu. Ended up more interested in the Joolz AER 2, the Stokke Yoyo3 (at anniversary sale pricing at Nordstroms right now) and the Bombi Bebee v2. Ordered the Bombi, hopefully it works. I have a Vista and it was very expensive and is my daily driver, but I don't really use it with the car seat I just put my baby in the stroller seat, so compatibility isn't a huge need for me. The Bombi checks every box I want but that price difference will involve some tradeoffs I'm sure.
I got a Bombi V2 and just got back from a week and a half in Cabo with a 6 month old. I loved it. It was not easy to tip over. I did really want a Joolz Aer 2, but I’ll wait for a decent sale then buy it and sell the Bombi on marketplace. Until then, the Bombi is fantastic. I had gotten similarly stuck when I was doing research (see my post history). I got a bunch of advice with even more models than I was considering. There is so much out there. I can tell you I’m very happy with the choice I made.
I disagree with both of those things. The seat is a fairly sturdy fabric piece with a low-tech clamp to adjust the elevation. I have never once felt the stroller would tip, and I just got back from Costco with it after dual-wielding the stroller and a cart so I’ve put it through its paces. But why don’t you buy on Amazon and return it you don’t like it? It’s an easy return. The thing comes fully assembled.
