We were a Bugaboo family. We used the Bee and the Cameleon. The big wheels were great for the sidewalks. Only regret, or consideration, especially early on was getting a car seat / stroller compatible combo. We had Uppababy in the car and Bugaboo in the streets, so the trunk was pretty much always full whenever we went somewhere.

Pop by Target and try out the evenflo first - we ended up with the Revv because it was hella easier to turn and didn’t start with kiddo on a slant. I loved the Britax for a single stroller, but it was more substantial than I think you’re thinking of - we have a Bugaboo Bee for lightweight travel that is old (got it off FB Marketplace) but does the job for quick travel.

Btw I‘m in ZH/very often in AG selling three different prams, a bugaboo buffalo, bugaboo bee and a cybex priam if you‘re intrested. Which leads me to another tip: get as much as you can second hand, it’s so worth it!

In London too and had our first in a small Victorian flat, for context. We have a Bugaboo bee and a Babyzen Yoyo. I absolutely hate the Yoyo. Cannot stand it. It feels so flimsy, nearly blew away with my then toddler in it and just not great, aside from folding quite small. We’re on baby number two and our Bugaboo is still going strong. I can lift it up and down the tube stairs no issues, fits easily on the bus, and feels robust. It’s working out well and easy to push one handed with our toddler on a buggy board and the 10m old baby in the pram. Can also fit enough under the pram for both of them. The Bugaboo Bee is discontinued but you can get them second hand for a decent price, however, I’d maybe look into the Bugaboo Dragonfly.

I’m two children deep and realised early on that you need two prams. We didn’t want two prams but there’s no one pram wonder, so you will need two to accommodate all your needs. For example, we have the bugaboo bee to cover most of every day life. However, had to get a pram that folds smaller for those times when we go away and need more space in the boot of the car, plus at nursery they prefer smaller prams in the pram shed. So, I’d probably go with one that fits more into your daily life and walks, but also consider getting a smaller run around pram for when you pop to the shops/in and out of the car etc.

We just went through this as our "big" pram became too unwieldy for me at 18 months. We already have a travel pram but I wanted something else for just getting around the neighbourhood. Ended up with a cheap Bugaboo Bee off marketplace.

I have a bugaboo bee and often fly to Europe. Always gate checked for free- the last few times I also brought the buggy board which got checked free of charge too (not at the gate though).
