I would start with a baby trend snap and go stroller first…and then buy a nice one based on your needs We bought the chicco flex because we loved our first chicco corso and ended up selling it because it was too heavy and bulky and we were unable to walk solo with our toddler and twins. We ended up getting a Zoe trio and love it
Not sure if you’ve looked into it already, but I think the Chicco Corso Flex (though probably bulky) has everything you’re looking for. We currently have the Chicco Corso and will be getting the Corso flex when we have a second (I didn’t think ahead and get the double from the get go).

We are planning to take our 6mo twin boys on their first plane ride later next month and would love some advice from fellow parents. Our main concern is with their current infant car seat & stroller setup. We have the **Chicco Corso Flex twin setup** and the stroller (w/o infant car seats) weighs about 34lbs, higher than what airlines allow for gate check-in which is 20lbs. Seems like we will have to check-in the stroller and car seats at check-in counters early on and then carry our boys in baby carriers all though security & boarding. Not sure if the boys will like being in carriers all that time. Does anyone have any experience in using any light travel twin stroller that can seat infants?
You're probably right but I read multiple posts that if your stroller looks bulky, which the Chicco Corso Flex does, they could actually weigh it with your bags at the check-in counters. It's our first time traveling with kids & so much baby gear so didn't want to take any chances and avoid hassle
Hey - that's also a good idea. Yes, we are going to fly American Airlines and they do check car seats for free at the gate. However, we have the Chicco Keyfit 35 infant car seats and looks like this Snap-N-Go is not compatible with those car seats. We ordered a Zoe Twin v1 which has front facing seats with straps. Hoping to also use it as an alternate stroller to our Chicco Flex when the kids outgrow these infant car seats.
Since a lot of people are mentioning travel systems, want to share the combo we use that I love but I don’t tend to see around here as often. We use Chicco; so KeyFit car seat - in hindsight did not need the 35, we moved into a graco 3in1 before 25 lb lol. As for stroller, we have a Chicco Presto which is lightweight closely with one hand. I keep that in the back of my car for quick trips. Then we have our “bus” the Chicco Corso Flex. I LOVE this thing. There is so much storage when you’re on a day trip and supports multiple kids at various ages I plan to use this thing for years to come. Both support the Keyfit to lock in. All these things can be found on sale. Best of luck and congratulations!
Ditto...and we have the chicco and it works with the adapter!
I have the Chicco Corso Flex. It’s a modular stroller that lets you configure it however you want.
I have a Zoe Twin V2 and I love it so much. I was able to use the attachment to use the Chicco keyfit 35. That said, I do NOT recommend the Chicco Sit and Stand. It was so hard to turn. Seriously, it felt like I was trying to turn a cruise ship.
This commenter is right on the money. Big chunky wheels that can handle multiple terrains, a big storage basket, and full canopy all come in clutch. Can also second their endorsement of Chicco. We bought the Corso and were so happy with it that we bought a different Chicco to travel with. We also have Chicco car seats. Everything is well made, easy to use, and most importantly easy to clean!
I live in Chicago currently, and we got the Chicco Corso. The keyfit35 car seat that is part of the travel system is quite easy to buckle into Ubers using the seatbelt. The toddler seat also has a true lie-flat feature with a newborn insert that basically turns it into a bassinet. The biggest issue with a true bassinet is that the stroller doesn’t fold with the bassinet attached, so that was a big benefit of the Chicco Corso as opposed to a true bassinet attachment (plus not having to pay for an extra attachment). We’ve had it for nine months, and it has worked really well even during the snowy months!
I love my Chicco Corso! It doesn’t convert to a double, so if more kids are in your future then that might be a consideration, but it’s perfect for a one and done or first kid.
100% agree with this! I love the Corso!
