I like my Chicco One4ever too!
We HATE our double stroller, so I’d advise to absolutely do your research and invest in a decent one. We have a chicco double stroller (one in front of the other, we thought it’d be great since the single was good, and we wanted to be able to pop the infant car seat in the double), and will be getting a veer wagon soon. Our double stroller has turned us off double strollers as a whole 😂
We have a Chicco double stroller that also lets us pop their infant car seats on without using any adaptors. Once they’ve outgrown the infant car seats we’ll probably still use the stroller for a while as it fits in our trunk nicely. Eventually I’ll want to get a side by side as the one we have is tandem.
Love love my Uppa baby especially in the first several months. It has a bassinet attachment which was good for the first 4 months (he’s so tall he grew out of it fast). And then the regular attachment. It is bulky and will take up space in your foyer but it definitely feels luxurious and rides very smooth over anything. Has a mosquito net, rain plastic thing etc. my baby is now 5.5 months and I bought him a $100 Chico foldable summer stroller and it’s very basic but it is summer and it’s gonna be our casual stroller for shorter walks etc. and I plan on using the Uppa baby back in the fall/winter
I'm obsessed with the Bob double, for what it's worth. I don't run, but I do walk, especially to and from school (just slightly too far away for my kids to make it at a good pace) and that thing is my minivan. It's easier to push with two kids in it than my perfectly nice Chicco single stroller is to push with one. My almost 6 year old and almost 4 year old ride in it daily.
Check out the baby trend wagon. I have that and a Chicco single stroller, because I thought it would be a really big deal to take my baby out of the car seat when going places, which we do frequently. It turns out, it's not really a big deal and she wakes up whenever we park anyway. So in hindsight, it would have been way better to get a stroller with bassinet option and the most petite, lightweight one available within a reasonable price range. The Baby Trend wagon is epic and enormous, so not great for driving around with but amazing for your neighborhood and easily accessible trails or if you have an SUV. It's a bassinet stroller with wagon pulley and mosquito/shade net plus tons of room to store phone, drinks, lunchbox, and other stuff. The bassinet turns into 2 seat pads that 2 babies can buckle into. I think it holds 100lbs, so kids can pretty much use it until they're too big length wise.
