I’ve used my Joolz Aer for the last 4 years and absolutely love it. We recently got the Cybex Beezy for our second baby and my husband likes it slightly more for bumpier terrain.
The Joolz Aer for sure! My 71 year old mother in law uses it regularly while watching my baby. She can lift it up and down our front steps and in her words "I love this stroller and wish I had it when my kids were babies." We also have the Cybex Beezy which has a very similar fold, cheaper than the Joolz Aer, slightly heavier but my MIL is able to lift that stroller too. Both strollers have great suspension and we've traveled the world with them on various terrain.
I'd find a deal on the Cybex Beezy. It was the third single stroller I bought and it is fabulously functional. Incredibly easy to fold and unfold with one hand while juggling a baby in the other. It folds up very compact so I was able to put it in the overhead bin on southwest flights. The bottom storage is big enough for a backpack and you can buy an after market caddy for the handlebars to hold drinks, phone, etc. We used it for weekly runs to the Farmer's Market, buying some carabiner straps to hang bags from the handlebars. Ours has been used and abused for a couple years and it is still in fantastic shape! I got it as a 'last year's model' discount, but I would look for open box sales, etc.
If you're haul fit up and down 4 floors regularly, absolutely get something compact that it easy to fold/unfold and lightweight for carrying. Probably a bonus if it comer with a carry strap you can put over your shoulder, or you can add one yourself. I really like my cybex Beezy. I originally bought it for travel, but it just became my everyday stroller and it handles rough terrain well for being so small and compact and I think it works well on cobble for a compact stroller, but it isn't as smooth as something with a more robust spring system.
If you are folding it up often, I would steer away from strollers with attached bassinets because those will generally be much more cumbersome and difficult to haul around while also carrying your baby! My goto stroller for easy portability while still being able to shop is the Cybex Beezy, because I can easily fold or unfold it with one hand with some stuff still in the bottom basket. We used it extensively for farmer's market shopping, travel, and the park. It doesn't fold completely flat, though! Almost, but not quite.
I use the Cybex Beezy. It’s a travel stroller so it’s slim and light. It even fits down the aisle of a plane and into the overhead compartment. I’ve found it’s great for outings like Disneyland too. It folds up quickly and easy on the tram. I’m a single mom so I need something that works quickly as I don’t have backup. Have fun!
Mine are 2 and 3 and we have 4 strollers still although we just sold out Vista double this year. We have a Veer XL wagon as well as two Cybex travel strollers. I also have kept our Doona since we plan to have a third baby
I HIGHLY recommend the Cybex travel system. The Balios is a bit more affordable which I love. And they don't require the adapters like most of them do, even Nuna. They are also compatible with a bassinet which is not an expensive add on.
Are you considering more than one kid? We initially had a hand me down peg perego system that we loved but it got damaged on a flight and we got reimbursed its original price. We chose the cybex over the uppababy as our replacement because both seats can hold up to 50lbs
My suggestion if you can is go to a store and try them out. My partner and I were pretty set on a cybex travel system but on trying them out we ended up with a per perego as the fold mechanism and swapping components was more intuitive for us. We also got the isofix base for each car we have and once baby has outgrown the car seat we can just but the next seat without the base that is suitable for bigger children.
