r/UninfluencedReviewsDo you think more expensive baby strollers are worth the $$?

No!! My city is known for its bumpy roads and sidewalks. I’ve seen so many parents around struggling with the fancier strollers, getting caught up on the tiniest bumps while baby is bouncing all over. We bought the 3 wheel jogging stroller (I don’t even jog with baby) by JEEP at Walmart for like $130 on sale and it blows the expensive ones out of the water.

r/moderatelygranolamomsMoms, what attracted you to buy that stroller?

We got a Doona to use for errands etc and the Jeep jogger for longer walks. I work in airports and paid attention to different travel systems and the Doona was just so seamless. After watching people stopping bags and having kids go running off while trying to get a full stroller set up I knew I did not want that for myself. The jeep is so nice for longer walks because of the comfortable ride it offers him due to the suspension plus it is compatible with a lot of infant car seats.

r/MommitShort moms, I need recommendations. I'm 4'9" and never found a be car seat or stroller I liked, did you?

Im 4’11” so i get it. I only do convertible car seats because being short makes holding a car seat so awkward. Plus, babies aren’t supposed to sleep in them outside a car. Strollers, I really like the mompush for a light compact stroller that turns into a bassinet, the mockingbird where you can adjust the handle and overall it looks nice and comfortable to push, you can purchase a bassinet snd overall it’s really comfy, the jeep jogging stroller is really nice as well but bigger.

I have the Evenflo Shyft. The downside to it is you must be diligent about resetting. I make sure I hear both clicks and check every. single. time. It is heavy, and post partum it was hard to lift. Now, I carry a 20lb baby all day, I can throw the carseat into my high suv with ease. The upside is it is fabulous to run and errand and not have to unstrap and move a cranky 8 month old into a stroller or carry my determined escape who constantly wants down. I would purchase it again. My husband has the pippa nuna light something. I do like it alot. It is well made and very nice. If I were going to carry my infant instead of strolling in the dualride, the light weight is worth the extra $$ for sure. I also have a $90 11lb travel stroller- amazing, fits under the seat or pink tags with no worries of breaking. I also have a delta children's jogging stroller. I thought it was so ridiculous when my husband registered for it, but I love it. It is so comfortable. Baby and I walk trails, parks, gravel roads, the yard and because of the giant rubber wheels and shocks he is always comfortable and we never get stuck. I am in the process of buying the next step up in carseat, but we have a long way before needed. When we travel we a safety 1st all stages we take with us.
