I wish the Joolz Aer had magnetic buckles and a non-zipper reline. Then it would be the perfect true one-hand fold stroller. There are so many videos online that show how easy it is to unfold all these travel strollers, but most of them actually get stuck when unfolding and you need to fling hard. I wouldn't even consider the Uppababy Minu V3, Ergobaby Metro 3 truly one-handed. I actually was surprised that some cheaper strollers were actually real one-hand fold and unfold. The Peg Perego Selfie and Guzzie and Guss O2 both felt like butter. Unfortunately their canopies were too small or too close to the face.

I’m in my last weeks now so nothing tried yet but I got the Ergobaby carrier and Ergobaby Metro3 stroller, they have EU store. I got my crib (Graco) and clothes second hand. Medela pump. Some stuff from Ikea for changing table.

Ergobaby Metro 3 It's working great for us with the 4wo newborn as it has a built-in bassinet-Iike mode, easy fold and doesn't take a lot of space at home and on the bus, air cabin approved, good storage space underneath (more capacity than Jools Are 2 and Bugaboo Butterfly 2) It didn't cost an eye and we believe it will be our only pram for the city and travels for many years to come, it really is a jack of all trades for us. Might be worth mentioning we live in a big city with relatively good terrain everywhere (almost no cobblestone).

Yep, I use the Metro 3 as my primary stroller and I love it for my 3 month old. You can set it and fold it in any position. It is also pretty light for when you need to carry it around. I do agree that my son looks pretty small in the seat but he has fit the harness fine since birth and loves being in it.

We have the metro+ and I love it. I would get the new version, the metro3 if you’re buying now. It has all the adaptors and has one hand fold which the metro+ didn’t. I have taken it on multiple trips within Canada as well as to Mexico and Ireland.

That is true, the unfold is not one handed. But otherwise I love it. And for me personally I haven’t run into that many times where it’s been an issue 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have always had a carrier/wrap/sling as well.

Good with winter weather and easy to travel are going to be hard to find. The vista does everything but is bulky and I wouldn’t travel with it. I know people who have though. The ergobaby metro 3 is a great travel size stroller. It would probably manage a little bit of snow on the ground, but not snow drifts. It doesn’t have a detachable bassinet, but the seat does go all the way flat and the footrest flips up to create a bassinet. It is car seat compatible, but double check which ones. I would also look into babywearing, because not all babies nap nicely in the bassinet, haha (mine didn’t at 4 months).

You aren’t going to get a travel friendly jogging stroller. I would just baby wear for hikes while travelling. For a car seat friendly travel stroller, I would recommend the ergobaby metro 3. It is newborn friendly even without the car seat as it has a bassinet mode. You would have to get a car seat that works with the adaptors. I have the older version (Metro+) and love it. It’s been on 5 plane trips, with two out of country. We just came back from Ireland this week and it was great.

I have 2: a travel (ergobaby metro 3) and full size (mocking bird single). I bought the mockingbird second hand from fb marketplace and it’s amazing for walks in the neighborhood which I do almost every day. It’s heavy duty but turns and moves very easily. Also car seat adaptable if we want to haul it into the car and take it with us. The metrobaby 3 was a gift and has a newborn nest so can also be used from birth and is lightweight and folds very easily, so it lives in the car trunk.

The metro3 is also car seat adaptable for certain types of car seats but not all.

I have this stroller and used it for a month with my then 5.5mo baby traveling around Europe. The recline is just a strap you tighten/loosen and the angle depends on how much you that. It's a good stroller! And if you buy on Amazon don't forget to use a baby registry for 10-15% discount

Is the metro + one hand fold/unfold? I saw some videos of it where it looked like they needed two hands to fold it which is why I got the metro 3 for our month long trip. It was so convenient to be able to hold the baby and fold up the stroller to go up escalators etc lol

Ya I think that was the only reason I went with the metro 3. The metro+ looks like it folds smaller and I was so tempted.

I purchased the Ergobaby Metro 3 yesterday after doing a lot of research and trying out a few options in store. Tbh most of the travel strollers on the market are pretty comparable. At some point you end up debating between very minor differences so it’s fully up to you what you value most. The super compact ones tend to be a little worse on the stability and suspension and are more “flimsy” if it makes sense. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Bugaboo butterfly for this reason.

Metro 3 yes. Metro 2 no. The fold is the only thing that is a bit painful with this stroller.

Hey! You should check the metro 3. I ended up choosing that one and I love it. It is also more affordable than the yoyo. If you have any questions let me know

I got a metro 3 and I love it so far. I can tell you more about it when I come back from my trip. However, the carseat is indeed an issue. Kind of hard to find a stroller that is carseat compatible that has everything else I wanted. The Metro 3 has a lay-flat bassinet mode, so you don’t need a carseat to use it. Also, if you are taking a carryon I discover that if you pull out the handle of the carseat and fit it through the handle of the carry on it fits perfectly!! So that’s an easy was to carry your carseat through the airport. Everyone told me my baby wouldn’t fit on an infant carseat by now, but jokes on me, he is a 1st percentile height baby and hasn’t outgrown his yet. The yoyo is indeed everyone’s favorite over there but after already flying with baby and going up and down stairs, the most important thing for me was a one-hand easy fold. That is why I didn’t go with the yoyo. My other alternative that I really liked was the minu v3
