Wagon stroller, but depends on which one. If I could go back, I’d get Evenflo Pivot Xplore Dreamz All-Terrain Stroller Wagon with Bassinet Insert. We love the Evenflo we have (non dreamz version.) yeah it kinda sucks to load myself when my husband isn’t there, and we couldn’t take it to Disneyland, but still worth it. Our family van is a sienna with the 3rd row seats removed, so we put the wagon in the van without folding it.

Evenflo Xplore! I have 3u4 including 2u2. I can fit all three kids in the stroller by buying an infant insert that is installed on top of the wagon portion. It’s very compact, easily fits in my trunk, can be taken on runs/long walks. I’ve done two stroller 5k with it—one with two toddlers and another with two toddlers and a baby. It’s also all terrain so I’ve been able to comfortably roll it around on unpaved trails while also wheeling it around the pediatrician’s office and exam rooms comfortably.

I have 3 if you count a wagon! I have the vista v2, Thule urban glide and evenflo explore pivot wagon. Use the vista the most because it’s left in my car. Wagon is used a lot though. Thule not as much, but I do like it as a jogging stroller.

Agree with most of the comments here - buy car seats new, we have mostly had chicco “grow with me” or “extend to fit”, and have a midrange main stroller and expensive wagon/stroller convertible thing. Have 5 and 2 y/o Baby jogger city jogger has been good, reliable, simple, we use plenty. Can get adapters to fit infant car seats. If you travel the one that converts to seat and stroller seems great, we don’t use it but have friends who rave about it- but it’s also primarily for infant time. $50 Umbrella stroller ftw after that IMO, light and mobile and easy to gate check and carry or pack when folded. We went with a wagon when #2 came along, so far has been mostly a farmers market tool. We have Evenflo Pivot Explore, it’s well made and good value but does not pack down/fold super compact so beware if space in the car is an issue. High chair we had a fancy one with #1, got the ikea simple one for #2 and definitely recommend simple ikea. Crib, can’t remember the brand but get a solid wood based one that the platform can be raised and lowered, AND it can convert from crib to toddler bed, where one side of it can be swapped out with a lower railing bed that they can get in/out of but you don’t need to worry about a constant roll out all the time. First used it for 3ish years and it’s going strong for #2. The other stuff that’s worth investing in - decent monitor, don’t go wifi IMO - we have infant optics and they’ve been good, can pair them up with multiple etc. decent for travel too and you don’t need to worry about wifi, just a power source. Hatch sound machine products are great. Get a good diaper bag that works for you - one of the things you’ll use the most - test some out loaded up with weight too bc you or partner will be wearing it all the time. Get a decent air purifier, humidifier (check how easy they are to clean), and diaper pail. Baby gates if you have stairs or open areas you want to restrict - retractable roll ones are very helpful, and can be used at bottom of stairs. Top of stairs find a metal one that’s secure. Comfy rocking chair like someone mentioned, you’ll be spending a lot of time and probably rough periods there so worth it for your sanity. Good luck have fun!

We have the Pivot Xplore all-terrain. Can’t recommend it enough, awesome. Our 2 boys have out grown it, but its one of the best purchases we’ve made for travel

Yeah I agree with this take. I used some credit card points to buy an evenflo pivot xplore and it’s definitely a ‘nice to have,’ rather than a must have. My kids are 1 and 3. The 1 year old doesn’t walk yet, so she sits in it and looks around while we ride. She hates being in the stroller but she likes the wagon for some reason. Her sister hops in and out but is usually a walker. We use it to make quick mid week trips to the grocery store or go to the park or the mall. I’m going to try and bring it on our vacation to the beach this summer, and to all the country fairs. But for now it’s definitely a luxury purchase and I wouldn’t have bought at full price.

I second a wagon, BUT some are new baby adaptable! I have an Evenflo Pivot Explore wagon. You can adapt it for an Evenflo infant carrier seat, or purchase an additional seat, or when baby is capable they can sit in the wagon. It can fit up to two little ones, has a snack tray and cup holders in between. It is easy to maneuver and doesn't feel bulky or hard to move around. I have taken it to the beach, farm, etc. It can be used in wagon (pull) or stroller (push) mode. Has adjustable sun shades for any angle With just one kid in it, you have some room for gear/supplies too

We recently used the baby trend on vacation and loved it too - very easy to steer, sturdy, and large capacity. Only issue I see is no foot well so maybe not as ideal for older toddlers or kids. We also have the Evenflo pivot explore which is also very nice and easy to steer. The capacity does seem smaller relative to the baby trend, but it seems a bit better for actually carrying two kids around.

We recently got an Evenflow pivot explore and it’s pretty darn awesome. Super easy to assemble and push or pull. Fits our two kids (ages 1 and 5) and has a little storage basket. I’m impressed with the quality for the price, as it’s not cheap but way cheaper than wonderfold and veer.
