I bought an Evenflo travel system that had all the features that you’re talking about, and was significantly less expensive. We were happy with it, especially because as our kid got older (above age 1) and outgrew the infant car seat, we tended to use a travel/umbrella stroller for light weight anyway. They regularly have coupons for 20% off, too. https://www.evenflo.com/collections/travel-systems
I spent a ton of time researching and testing out strollers and car seats. We went with the Evenflo Shyft Intuiti + and love it!! Is a stroller and car seat for about $800 with a lot of good features. It was $700 when we got it in April but prices keep climbing 😢
I did the third one. The Sensory Soothe is clutch for our daughter. She loves it falls right to sleep when it’s on. I also like added layer of safety with the SensorSafe. And the car seat base rotates which is great for easy loading! Best of luck!
I have the Evenflo Shyft Intuiti+ Travel System. Obsessed! So convenient and easy.
We have the evenflo lite nxt and don’t like it honestly. We got the travel system which I like that I can do car seat in the stroller, but it’s all very flimsy feeling & sits up very high in the car, like I can’t seem to get it to lay back enough especially with a newborn. I felt like his head was so forward all the time. We rarely use the stroller itself since it’s winter and cold here. But I heard the joie travel system and stroller are good and then good old Graco.

I tried the evenflo shyft intuiti at Walmart! I didn’t know they sold evenflo items there. I definitely loved it though!
Not sure how applicable it Will be to living in a city since I don't, but we got the new Evenflo shyft intuiti and love how lightweight it is, easy to collapse, and the rotating car seat base is awesome. The wheels have suspension and I have never had an issue over any ground type- we routinely stroller baby down the gravel driveway and while it's obviously a little bouncy, the stroller handles it with grace.
The evenflo shyft travel system !! 500$ and its great. Comes with the car seat and stroller with all the attachments. And the car seat swivels so its way easier to get baby in and out
Weve got the evenflo gold shyft travel system. It worked out very well for us although she often preferred being in a carrier on my chest. I liked the bassinet feature when she was a newborn and now its basically a toddler seat for the foreseeable future. The bucket seat is rated to 30 lbs so it seems like she'll be able to stay in it a while longer.
