We use the nest 2 grow now that babies are bigger and you can face one seat forward and the car seat back so they both have a view

I plan on having multiple children so a stroller that will hold multiple was important especially one that holds an infant. I wanted the car seat that could just click into a base in the car and the stroller (duel uses). As well as a bassinet attachment for the stroller. I also wanted lots of basket/storage space in the stroller. (I got the graco modes nest 2 grow travel system) I also knew I didn’t want a brand I wasn’t familiar with and I didn’t want any weird or fancy features (or what I think of as weird or fancy) like the rotating seat and the car seat that pops out wheels to be the stroller. I wanted something very normal.. almost old school classic stroller. I like that my stroller can have many different configurations of seats and directions (wish it could hold two infant seats but not necessary unless twins 😬). You need to think about what is important to you and what will fit your lifestyle best. We also got a used jogging stroller for my husband but I knew I didn’t want that for my use. And go with one you feel safe and comfortable with. There are a couple of well known brands I will not use because they feel very cheap and I have concerns about their safety (I know they are safety rated but I can’t see how they will protect my LO. We are about to size my LO out of her infant seat into a rear facing convertible and I’ve had to think about new concerns and issues. But a convertible or all in one is an option for you too. I didn’t start there because I wanted the convince of not removing baby from seat at the car and with a baby that was nice (car seat is in house and not hot in the TX summer, no standing in the rain buckling her in most of the time) but I have friends who got an all in one because it would last them longer and ultimately save them money.

Depends how your going to be using your stroller. If your going to be walking/jogging down that dirt road regularly or be in rural areas a lot, your gonna want some sort of jogger stroller or something with inflatable wheels. If your going to keep it in your vehicle and use it for when your going shopping in the city, going out to eat, and use it for an urban sort of lifestyle, with tad bits of times you walk the stroller on gravel, grass, etc, maybe a good all terrain full stroller with good suspension like Uppababy Cruz, Nuna Mixx Next, Bugaboo Fox 5. If you want something more budget friendly in this category maybe the Chicco Corso or Bravo stroller,Graco Modes Nest 2 grow. Jogger strollers include BabyJogger city mini gt, Thule Urban Glide, Guava Roam, Uppababy Ridge, etc. A carseat is 100% necessary, so no matter what, that should be the 1st thing you look at. Find 1 you like, then look at what strollers its compatible with (usually you might have to buy a separate adapter if you use a different brand of carseat from the stroller). You can always look at what strollers already come as part of a bundled travel system with that carseat. But before you even get started looking at carseats, you need to make a decision ifbyour going to use an Infant Carseat (pill bug looking seats), or a convertible carseat (the big ones that stay in a vehicle), or both.

This - the Nest2Grow is GREAT. It’s reasonably priced, basically any Graco infant car seat can click connect to it to make it a travel system, they sell an additional seat attachments to become a DOUBLE stroller, and they also sell a carry cot attachment (like a pram/bassinet). The versatility is insanely good.

I had my baby girl in December 2023 and while the 2023/2024 winter season was mild compared to the 2024/2025 season so my opinion may or may not help you. We would go on atleast 1 or 2 walks a day in the winter. But we used the Graco nest2grow travel system. We got the bassinet attachment second hand off FB marketplace for like $50 which doubled as a sleeping spot when we were at people's houses. It faired well in the snow and plowed sidewalks. Wasn't so great in sandy, gravel areas. It fit well in my 2024 cx-5 trunk, took up about half the space when it was just the frame. When you add in the toddler attachment it takes up more space. For now I detach them put the frame in the trunk with the toddler seat on top so that I still have 1/2 of my trunk space. Since my area has alot of trails that are gravel or pressed sand we've since upgraded to the Bob stroller. But we only use that around the house, I find it very difficult to fold and it takes up alot of space in the trunk. The Graco stays in my car as our daily "travel" stroller.

I'd go with a single that you can turn into a double when the time comes. I started out with a single stroller and bought a single that can turn into a double when my second was born, the single stroller is now just collecting dust. The single is definitely more lightweight and easier to push around but I haven't tried to use it in quite some time. Another thing to consider is what type of car seat you're planning on using so you can look into that brand's travel systems for the sake of compatibility. For instance, I have Graco car seats so I ended up getting Graco strollers. I really like having the click to connect option when your baby is still young enough to use the infant carrier car seat, it comes in handy rather than having to unbuckle baby from the car seat, then buckle them into the stroller, especially for quick trips or situations where baby is asleep in the car seat. I have the Graco nest2grow. It's definitely pricey, but I will say it's made well and has held up well. There's tons of storage in the bottom which is really nice. I really like that you can connect a Graco car seat directly when they're young and you can configure the regular seats in tons of different ways so it works well for all sorts of situations and stages of life, it comes with one seat and you can buy a second seat separately if and when you have another child. I will say it's a little on the bulky side and can be a little tricky to maneuver sometimes when you have 2 kids in it, especially if you have an older child in the front (my oldest is 4 years old and 41 lbs for reference.) I haven't tried out any other double strollers so I can't say if that's an issue with that specific stroller or just what happens with double strollers in general but I figured I'd mention it.

I love it. I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. I actually get a lot of compliments on it because of the tires looking sturdy and the basket being so large. I have used it on multiple terrains for over a year, and there has been no breakdown. The top seat has three adjustable heights, which I like too. I will say the only downfall is that the seat is not a bassinet seat and you would have to buy the attachment if that is something you really want.

We also have Graco, although we have the nest2grow travel system (it’s for 2 kids). It came with the infant car seat, which worked great in the car and also clicked into the stroller, and then it also comes with a toddler seat for the stroller. You do have to buy a second toddler seat for the stroller once you have 2 kids. Then we got the Graco slim fit 3-in-1 convertible car seat which is also great. The thing about baby items is that all safety items have to pass the same standards. So what you’re really paying mostly for is the name. Sure, the uppa baby vista and the nuna are probably SO nice, but so are a lot of other less expensive brands. Some people can just afford the boujie stuff and that’s awesome for them. But you use everything for such a short amount of time, that I could never justify the prices.

I love the Graco Modes Nest2Grow DLX Travel System. It’s on Amazon for about $630 for all of it. It is bulky, but the stroller is so smooth, great if you go on lots walks or outdoorsy stuff. It comes with the infant seat and child seat. Can both be attached the same time. Has storage in the bottom. And you can purchase the bassinet attachment separately. Side note: look into Roth ID tags for your car seat. It provides important info on your baby and emergency contacts if you are in an accident and cannot talk to first responders. I added it to my registry with the travel system.

I have the Graco nest2grow or whatever it is and it’s great. Has two seats, under carriage, and the click connect feature is the best. It swaps to any Graco seat including the bassinet and car seats
