I'm personally buying the joie ginger and rue travel system, and to be completely honest I chose it because I couldn't find an extra carseat base for the graco travel system I wanted 🤷🏾‍♀️. I spent months refining my registry and by the time I got to the carseat/Stroller I was just over it and picked one that had good ratings, was cute, had a video on how to put it together, and had an extra carseat base I could buy

I have the ginger xl and rue!! Love them! I also bought the 360 car seat for when he is older! Just as stylish as the nuna but without the price tag

I just got the joie hazel and rue and really love it. I see a lot of similarities between the joie stroller and Nina stroller.

I got the Joie ginger and rue travel system from target for around $330. I used registry discount. It came with a separate bassinet attachment that will turn into a toddler seat when baby gets bigger

Join is made by the same people who make Nuna for a fraction of the price. We love our Joie travel system. We wanted the Nuna for the light weight carrier, and the Joie rue is the same weight. The seat just isn't quite as luxe.

The bassinets are only nice for a maybe the first couple months? 4 months at most in my experience but it will depend on your baby and lifestyle. My sister’s stroller doesn’t have a bassinet mode but instead lays flat and her daughter still took great stroller naps a few times a week. We had a Momcozy Wiz for the first 11 months and didn’t use the bassinet mode once he could hold his head up when buckled. We recently upgraded to a Joie Kava. The biggest downside for me is that there’s no way to face baby towards you but again that’s a nonissue after 4/5 months. You could also see what you could find on Facebook marketplace!

I actually really like it! It doesn’t recline flat if that’s important to you. It does take some practice folding but it’s great for the price and I’d buy it again!

Same! It's well priced, the bassinet converts to a toddler stroller seat, and it has the adaptors to use the car seat with the stroller. Plus good safety standards!

My baby isn't here yet but I just received the Joie Ginger LX/Rue travel system as a gift and it's really nice imo. The stroller folds down but I wouldn't say it's super small or lightweight, but I am short and scrawny so it may just be that lol. My husband enjoyed pushing it around the house and it was a smooth ride, the pramette was a lot bigger than I expected but that's not necessarily a bad thing if you plan to let your older toddlers nap in the stroller. I love that the stroller turns into a pram just by leaning the seat back. I don't think the Ginger LX converts to a double stroller, but I remember seeing another Joie travel system on the website that did (maybe the Nutmeg)

Joie travel system is made by the same company as Nuna. They are almost exactly the same thing. I love ours and we saved about a grand getting the Joie instead

I love my Joie travel system. It’s made by the same parent company as Nuna and it’s really nice and sleek looking but much more affordable. We bought it with our completion discount and saved extra money. It’s not a swivel car seat but it’s a latch car seat so it’s very easy to get baby in and out of car. I just bought a diaper bag from Target 🤷‍♀️ I think social media makes you think you need something fancy but really just any diaper bag works

r/BabyBumps • Tell me what freaking diaper bag, car seat and stroller to buy. My brain is melting. ->
